This meditation will allow us to let go of any stress and anxiety we may be holding onto. As we relax and let go, we bring in a loving light of gratitude and love. This meditation will empower us to move forward, carry love, and share it with others.

We can begin our practice by simply getting in a comfortable position.

We can allow ourselves to move around,

To make slight adjustments.

We can place our hands next to us,

On our lap,

Or on our stomach.

We're going to begin by letting go of each and every muscle in our body.

Starting at the head,

We can let go of any stress,

Any tension in our forehead.

Moving down to our cheeks,

We can gently unhinge our jaw.

Moving down to our shoulders,

We can allow ourselves to simply let our shoulders drop to the floor.

The more and more you listen to my voice,

The more and more your anxiety and stress seem to float away.

All your concerns of yesterday and tomorrow,

They simply float away.

As our shoulders melt,

So do our muscles in the back.

Letting go of any stress,

Any tension in our body.

Moving down to our arms and our hands,

Feeling softer and feeling even lighter than before.

We can focus our attention now on our stomach,

And with a big inhale and exhale,

We can let go of any stress,

Any discomfort we may have.

We begin to feel even more peace,

Even more relaxation.

Moving down to our thighs and our calves,

Letting go even more.

Now we focus our attention on our feet.

As I count from three to one,

We are going to let go even more with each and every number.

And when I get to one,

All your stress,

All your concerns,

They simply shoot out from beneath your feet and they travel into the earth.

Starting at the top at three,

Feeling softer,

Feeling even lighter.

Moving down to two,

Letting go even more.

Two and one,

Allow yourself to simply enjoy this stress-free moment.

As you listen to the sound of my voice,

You begin to imagine a white light.

This white light is filled with love and gratitude,

And this white light begins to enter your body through the top of your head,

Filling your entire body with love and gratitude.

As this light fills your body,

You begin to feel the love and gratitude.

Allow yourself to simply feel love,

Feel gratitude.

Allow yourself to feel the vibrations of love and gratitude.

Before we leave our practice,

We begin to imagine someone we are grateful for.

We begin to see them and hear them and feel them.

We see their smile.

We see and feel how much they mean to us.

We begin to see and feel how much we mean to them.

Many times in life,

We feel like we don't have enough,

Even though we have everything.

We have love,

We have support,

We have food and a place to sleep.

And we have the love inside us.

As you go forward today,

Allow yourself to share your love with others.
