And releases through the soles of your feet.
Visualize this breath as a continuous cycle,
Flowing in through the nose,
Cascading down your body,
And releasing effortlessly.
This breath reminds you of life's endless rhythm,
Of beginnings and endings,
Of inhalation and exhalation,
Of the new moon's promise and the full moon's illumination.
As we approach this full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo,
We are invited to embrace our divine talents,
To acknowledge the dedication and mastery we have poured into our work,
And yet,
To step back,
To witness its beauty without attachment.
The North Node in Pisces whispers to us of surrender,
Reminding us that true mastery is not found in endless perfection,
But in trusting the organic evolution of our creations.
Take a deep breath in,
And a slow exhale out your mouth.
Draw your awareness to your root chakra,
The foundation of your being.
This is where stability is born,
Where your sense of safety resides.
Your legs,
Strong and steady,
