Find a comfortable position,
Lying on your back with your arms relaxed by your sides.
Begin to close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths.
These are calming breaths,
Allowing your body to soften and melt into the surface beneath you.
Notice the ground,
The space underneath your body,
Feeling its support and stability.
Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth,
Anchoring you deeply in place.
Begin to bring your awareness to your toes,
Slowly relaxing them,
Moving your attention up through your feet,
Around the ankles,
Calves,
The space underneath your knees,
The upper portion of your legs.
With the breath and your awareness,
You begin to feel each part releasing any tension.
As you travel the path slowly,
Moving up to the hips and softening of your belly,
Noticing the chest,
The softness and relaxation.
Directing your attention to your shoulders and your shoulder blades,
From shoulders down the length of your arms and the backs of the hands and the palms of the hands.
Noticing the fingertips and the sensations of the fingers,
Letting any tightness drain away.
As you draw your awareness to the length of the neck,
Around the jawline,
The tips of the nose and the bridge of the nose,
The softness of your cheekbones and the heaviness of your eyelids.
Noticing the space in between your eyebrows,
Allowing it all to release,
To soften.
As you draw your awareness to the front body and the back body,
You feel your entire body resting in complete stillness.
Notice your breath as it flows naturally,
Rising and falling like waves of the ocean,
Every inhalation falling into the exhalation.
With each inhale,
Draw in renewal and clarity.
With each exhale,
Let go of the outdated and unnecessary.
Begin to imagine yourself standing at the edge of an open cosmic space,
Illuminated by soft,
Distant starlight.
This is the cosmic dance of time and space,
Where everything old and new intertwines.
Visualize the energy of Pluto gently gliding into Aquarius,
Transforming and shifting the universe around.
This aligns your inner being with the natural cycles of change and growth.
As you journey deeper,
Imagine walking through a realm of soothing shadows.
In these shadows lies acceptance of past experiences,
Those layers that once held us but now need to be released,
Much like old,
Callous skin peeling away.
Notice whispers on the gentle breeze carrying tales from tombs of the past,
Revealing the ideals once cherished but now transformed.
As you listen,
Recognize any parts of your life that these stories touch.
Imagine beings,
Gentle scavengers,
Sifting through relics of your life,
Carefully selecting what serves your highest good,
What needs healing,
And what must be released.
Notice with each choice your path towards renewal becomes clearer.
Take a moment.
Notice and sense any rising emotions or thoughts.
And just like passing clouds,
Allow them to be in the moment and then slowly drift away.
And as you drift,
Start to feel Pluto's gaze upon you,
Like a bright x-ray bringing forth the hidden dreams and desires waiting for realization.
This brightness reveals the core values that guide your new journey.
Imagine being enveloped by a warm,
Nurturing light.
Here,
In the convergence of souls,
New ideas take root.
Old friendships may renew or transform.
You're aligning a new vision for your future,
Clear and full of potential.
Feel within you the seed of a new path taking form,
