
10 Minutes Silence – Meditation With Guided Intro & Closing
Sitting down and entering silence isn’t always easy. That’s why we begin this meditation with a short introduction, followed by 10 minutes of silence. You don’t need to do anything, achieve anything, or hold onto anything. Just sit, notice, and be present. At the end of the silence, we gently close the practice. Practicing this way—each of us in our own space—can make it easier to settle into silence and stay with the practice.
