To let go of yesterday and embrace the fresh energy of today.
Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and at ease and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely and hold for a moment and slowly exhale.
Feel the weight of the past dissolving with each breath.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to soften and your heart to settle and smile because you are safe,
You are held,
You are free.
Your breath is your morning rhythm,
A bridge between what has been and what is yet to come.
Inhale and welcome clarity and exhale and release the past.

Each inhale nourishes you,
Filling you with fresh energy and each exhale makes space for something new.
Let yourself flow effortlessly with the breath,
Like waves gently touching the shores,
Like the morning breeze moving through the trees.
And now,
Bring awareness to anything you may be carrying into this day.
Perhaps it's a lingering thought,
A worry,
An unresolved feeling and there's no need to push it away,
Simply observe and let it come,
To let it go.
Like clouds drifting across the morning sky,
Your thoughts move naturally,
Without force,
Without attachment.
You are not your stress,
You are not your fears,
You are the observer,
Free to let go.

And now,
Imagine standing at the edge of a quiet river,
Illuminated by the soft glow of sunrise.
The water is calm,
Flowing effortlessly forward and in your hands,
You hold a small stone,
The weight of yesterday,
The attachments,
The emotions that linger.
Feel its cool surface and notice its heaviness.
And slowly,
Bring the stone to the water and hold it there,
Feel the shift within you and gently let it go.
Watch as the stone sinks beneath the surface,
Dissolving into the current,
It is gone and it no longer weighs you down,
You do not need to carry it into today,
Cause you are free,
You are free.
Breathe in this lightness,
This space,
This new beginning.
Look up at the vast morning sky,
Soft clouds drift with the breeze,
Moving effortlessly,
Just as nature flows with our resistance,
You too can surrender.
Imagine any remaining tensions transforming into these clouds,
Floating away with the wind.
Watch them move,
Watch them leave.
There is nothing you need to fix,
Nothing you need to force,
You are free to step into today with clarity and ease.
Inhale,
I surrender to the present and exhale,
I trust the unfolding of today.

Repeat softly in your mind,
I let go of yesterday,

Clarity and ease and fully exhale,
You have released,
You have surrendered.
You step into this day,
Light,
Free,
At peace,
Carry this feeling with you and let it be a reminder that letting go is not loss but liberation.
