Hello,

My friend.

Thank you for joining me in meditation.

Your spirit is welcome.

Take a moment now to settle into your nest.

Straighten your back and assume an aligned posture.

Whether you're lying down,

Sitting,

Or in lotus position.

It is important to align your chakras.

If you're in full lotus,

You already have a little curve in your lower back and your chin will naturally tuck a little.

And you'll feel as if there's a string pulling you from the base of your spine through the top of your head.

You'll feel this sense of a click throughout you as your energy flows freely.

Don't be frustrated if you don't feel this right away.

Just let yourself be at peace.

Let your energy flow and your spirit flow.

Let's start with breathing,

The core of getting into the right head space for meditation so that you can reach out and be one with the divine.

We're going to take three deep breaths.

Feel that energy go through your chakras and out your third eye in your crown chakra.

And then after the exhale,

When you're completely devoid of air,

You're going to hold for as long as you can.

After you've been holding without air in your lungs,

We'll take a deep catch breath and hold.

Let's do this now.

Let's all have a dog swim.

Relax.

You have nowhere to be right now.

Just let yourself be.

Let the hamster racing around in your mind go free.

Those thoughts are not needed right now.

Let them wash away down the healing river of your mind.

Give them to the divine.

Allow yourself grace.

Or the light of your spirit to soar within you.

To be at peace.

Take a moment now to just breathe and be.

Remember,

This moment is what's important.

Don't let the past pains or the future worries enter.

Stay in this moment.
