This meditation is designed to get you practicing meditation with a simple structure. It invites you to focus on the area directly between the eyebrows, the Third-Eye, in order to help calm your mind. The third eye is a place where great insight and knowledge about ourselves can be revealed, but also, because of where it is situated, it can help to bring balance to our body and mind. By developing a practice that diverts our awareness away from mental distractions to the third-eye area, we can begin to experience a calmer mind and start to discover the great wisdom that resides within us.
