Hello there, It's been a while since i did a live on insight timer and some of you have been messaging me and saying where are you when are you coming back i will do when the time is right but for now i just wanted to engage with you through this podcast this insight timer only podcast it's been a really interesting time hasn't it energetically within the collective and i know many of you will be feeling emotional turbulence from where you are currently plugged into or bound to the hand that feeds us basically you know through our jobs um contracts agreements even families and friends they all come with a condition attached to them and whilst we see the structure of our lives and i've spoken so much about this in the last year it is becoming more volatile but we knew this was going to happen we knew that um that the societal values and the um the way we conducted our lives deep down from a young age we knew that things weren't necessarily on the right path and we lived in hope and optimism and positivity i'm finding that positivity is now coming from a completely channeled place for me and the shedding from my body my anatomical self is immense at the moment and i know others will be feeling this i have experienced it before so whilst on a certain level there there is an element of suffering on another level there is this complete rejuvenation and the light coming in for all of us at this moment in time is incredible it is so profound you know in the fifth dimension um when we need to know something we just need to ask and then it comes to us and the earth plane is exactly the same in this way and more so these days you know think of technology and how um i i mean i believe that we have not necessarily in this form ever been able to exist without technology or magic as i like to call it and you know for us to know science to know science and how to put things together to support us we've only ever had to ask and it comes to us and people start to work things out and they share that information and it collectively it makes our lives better that's how it should work and we're getting closer to this but when it comes to navigating life and what to do next and how and who and what to be we also need to um let it come to us your guides if you can connect to your highest guides and helpers and sit with them they will deliver the version of reality you need this isn't the same as burying your head in the sand or rose tinted spectacles you know we are talking about the making and shaping of reality on earth fifth dimensionally and above and in line with your highest good and i just wanted to share that with you guys and girls because that's how we're all going to navigate because at some point or other the hand that feeds us is going to change the way it feeds us you know where we've taken our support from is very where we've taken our support from is very fluid at the moment it isn't very tangible and as we go into this month which is june as the turbulence starts to increase we'll have to rely on the light more and more each day but you know you're not alone we're all going through this at various degrees various different levels but you can do it you know the answer is within us all and it's coming it's on the way love and light to you and when the time's right i'll be putting live on there again and in the meantime listen to my new music it will really help you connect it will really help you make it into the days and weeks ahead thank you
