Close your eyes.
And allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position.
Take a long,
Gentle breath in.
And slowly let it out.
Now take another deep,
Full breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Release anything that no longer serves you.
Allow the outside world to become quieter.
For these next few moments.
You do not need to be anything for anyone.
You may simply be you.
Place one hand gently over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your hand.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath beneath it.
Now consider this.
Your heart has been with you through every moment of your life.
Every celebration.
Every heartbreak.
Every disappointment.
Every new beginning.
Every goodbye.
Every moment of courage.
Every moment when you thought you could not keep going.
Yet somehow you did.
Your heart has stayed.
Take a breath into that awareness.
And quietly say,
Thank you,
Heart.
Thank you for carrying me.
Now imagine a beautiful warm light appearing in the center of your chest.
Perhaps it's a golden light.
A rose-colored light.
A white light.
Or a glowing green light.
Of your heart chakra center.
Maybe you don't even see anything at all and simply sense the warmth.
There is no right way.
Allow the light to represent pure love.
Love without conditions.
Love without expectation.
Love that does not need to be earned.
Let that light grow.
Let it gently surround your heart.
And as it does,
Notice whether there are any walls there.
Any armor?
Any places you have learned to project and protect.
Perhaps because you have been hurt.
Rejected,
Disappointed,
Forgotten.
Taken for granted.
Perhaps you gave too much and received too little.
Perhaps somewhere along the way,
You learned that love meant sacrifice.
Or proving yourself.
Or being useful.
Or staying strong.
You do not need to break those walls down.
They once protected you.
Simply thank them.
And imagine allowing one small opening.
Just enough for love to enter again.
Silently repeat.
I am willing to receive love.
I am willing to believe that love can be safe.
I am willing to stop proving that I am worthy of it.
I am willing to remember that I already am love.
Imagine now that a loving presence is standing before you.
You may experience this presence as God,
Spirit,
An angel,
A loved one.
Divine light.
Or simply an energy of pure,
Unconditional love.
Do not force an image.
Let whatever feels right come naturally.
And imagine this presence looking at you without judgment.
Without disappointment.
Without asking anything from you.
Only seeing you.
Completely.
Imagine being seen beyond every mistake you have ever made.
Beyond every regret.
Beyond every insecurity.
Beyond every role you have played.
This presence sees your soul.
Your goodness.
Your tenderness.
Your courage.
Your humanity.
And there is nothing you need to hide.
Hear these words.
You are loved.
Not someday.
Not when you become better.
Not when you heal everything.
Not when you finally get it all right.
You are loved now.
Exactly here.
Exactly as you are.
Let yourself receive that.
Do not rush past it.
You are loved.
Imagine the love before you moving gently into your heart.
Breath by breath.
Filling the places that once felt empty.
Touching the places that felt forgotten.
Holding the parts of you that have been lonely.
Comforting the younger version of you who simply wanted to feel safe.
Chosen.
And cherished.
Imagine your younger self standing before you now.
Look into the eyes of your younger self.
See the innocence.
See how much you tried.
See how much you want it to be loved.
Now walk towards your younger self.
Take your hand.
And tell yourself.
You never had to earn love.
You never had to become someone else to deserve it.
You were always worthy.
You are still worthy.
And you will no longer feel abandoned.
I choose you.
I love you.
I am here.
Hold that younger version of yourself.
Let it become part of you again.
Let the pieces of yourself.
That you rejected,
Hid,
Judged,
Or left behind,
Come home.
Now allow the light in your heart to become brighter.
You are no longer only receiving love.
You are overflowing with it.
There is enough.
Love is not something you have to hoard.
It is something that disappears.
And is emitted out into the universe.
True love expands.
Think of someone you love deeply.
See their face.
Imagine sending a gentle stream of light from your heart towards theirs.
No fixing.
No rescuing.
No expectations.
May you know you are loved.
May you feel supported.
May you feel seen.
May your life be blessed.
With all that you can.
And for everyone you can.
Now come back to yourself again.
And receive those same words.
May I know I am loved.
May I feel supported.
May I feel seen.
May my life be blessed.
And now if it feels right,
Extend that love to someone with whom your relationship has been difficult.
You do not need to excuse anything that hurts you.
You do not need to reopen a door that needs to remain closed.
Love does not require the abandonment of boundaries.
Simply offer.
May you find healing.
May I release what no longer belongs between us.
May we both be free.
Now take a slow breath in.
Notice your heart.
Perhaps it feels warmer.
Maybe it feels lighter.
Perhaps more emotional.
Whatever is present.
Just welcome it in.
Now silently repeat to yourself.
I am love.
I am worthy of love.
I am open to giving love freely.
I am open to receiving love fully.
I no longer chase what must be freely given.
I no longer abandon myself in order to belong.
I honor my heart.
I honor the love within me.
I honor the divine love that surrounds me.
Now think of someone who could use a circle of light.
And a circle of love.
Silent offering of this blessing of love and light.
Send them these words.
May every.
Person here.
Remember their worth.
May everyone receive the love.
That they deserve freely.
May everyone know that their life matters.
May every person feel held by something greater.
May we move on in life.
Softer.
Stronger.
More open.
And more willing to love ourselves as deeply as we love the people around us.
Take a deep breath in.
And gently say,
I choose love.
I receive love.
I give love.
I am love.
And I am never separated from the source of love itself.
Take another deep,
Full breath in.
Breathing in all that love.
And slowly return to the space around you.
Bringing this love with you.
Not only for others,
But for yourself.
Especially for yourself.
And so it is.
