Gravity: Held By The Universe Itself (Not Alone Series)
by Age Rowse
There is a force holding you to this earth right now that you cannot see, touch or feel directly. Gravity holds the atmosphere close to this planet, keeps the oceans in place and stops everything from drifting into space. The same force holding you in this moment holds the moon in its orbit and the galaxies from flying apart. Science cannot fully explain why gravity works. It simply does. Constantly. Faithfully. Without condition. You are held from every direction. An invisible, silent embrace that has never once let you go. Not earned. Not requested. Simply present since the moment you arrived. This meditation invites you to settle into something you may never have noticed - a quiet, invisible cocoon that has never once stopped holding you. This is the fifth meditation in the Not Alone series. Not Alone is a series of short meditations to help you notice and feel into the ways you are already deeply connected.
