We all have unique breastfeeding journeys.

Some may find it easy and straightforward right from the start,

But some may need a little or even a lot of guidance and support.

Both are equally valid experiences.

There are incredibly beautifully helpful people in your community to walk with you on this parenting and breastfeeding journey.

Let us begin to focus on our positive affirmations.

When I need help,

There are people that I can look to for unconditional love and support.

I am all my baby needs.

This is only one season of our lives.

This stage won't be forever.

I am strong.

It will get easier.

I am brave.

Keep calm and nurse on.

My breast milk is liquid love for my baby.

My baby and I are learning together.

My breast milk is just right for my baby.

Comfort,

Love and nutrition is offered freely.
