The Tear Waterfall (Binaural Beats Delta)

The Tear Waterfall is a studio recording featuring nature sounds, sine tones, synthesizers, guitars, piano, and harmonica. The composition applies delta wave binaural beats; separated by 2Hz. Delta waves are said to promote access to the unconscious mind, deep sleep, and may even support pain management. This composition is suited to conscious grieving.

The binaural tone is tuned to 390Hz (L) and 392 Hz (R) hence playing the note G. Composition: 90BPM 4/4 F Dorian.

Checked out this recording when tech difficulties meant I could not get into the composer’s recent livestream. So glad I landed here: wonderful work that avoids the cliches of much “meditation music” and even slides pretty close to the blissful dream pop of 4AD in the 80s. Can’t wait to explore further—and eventually get to enjoy a virtual concert, and perhaps even a live one someday.
