The Swim From Abyssal is the studio version of one of Zosh.P's Insight Timer Live performance compositions. Mimicking the sound of movement in deep water the piece journeys through pianos, cello, heartbeats, synthesizers, guitars, voice, xylophone, harmonica, and sound design. The binaural beat is Theta wave and the pure tone is tuned to 415.30Hz (L) with a difference of 7.83Hz (the earth’s frequency) on the Right (423.13Hz) - the note Ab.
