This meditation will be a seated meditation.
So find a very comfortable place for you to sit for a few moments and relax.
Find yourself in that seated position and shake your shoulders out.
Be comfortable.
And on your first inhale,
Allow your body to lengthen towards the sky,
Tall and open.
And exhale.
And on your next inhale,
Float your mind.
And exhale all the way,
Stresses of the day.
Inhale and loosen your body.
Exhale,
Settling into this beautiful moment.
And on the next inhale,
Think of something funny that makes you laugh.
Exhale.
Now inhale this joy into your lungs.
Full breath and exhale.
And again,
Inhale this joy.
Fill your body.
And as you inhale and exhale,
Notice how your body reacts.
Are you relaxed?
Do your eyes soften?
Tingling in your body.
Do the corners of your mouth turn upwards.
So on your next inhale,
Inhale this joy.
And on the exhale,
Contract your stomach muscles as you exhale.
Inhale the warm joy and the exhale,
Contract this joy into your center.
As if you're pressing this joy into a small seed in the center of your body.
As you inhale,
The seed remains.
Feel the warmth of the yellow glow of this seed.
And as you exhale,
The seed strengthens and grows with each inhale and exhale.
This is the seed of your identity,
Your truth,
Your choices.
Feel the warm glow of this seed as it slowly starts to rotate.
It's the center of pure awareness,
Of pure being.
Be present at the journey to the center of that center.
As the seed slowly starts to expand,
Filling your body with this beautiful glowing light.
And as you breathe,
It continues to expand out.
Out.
As it passes past your physical presence,
It bathes you,
Filling the space around you.
This is your joy.
Celebrate.
Celebrate your choice to experience this joy.
And you can start bringing your awareness back to the room that you're in.
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
Move your shoulders.
Rotate your head.
Now rotate it the other direction.
And know that this seed is with you always,
Peacefully,
Warmly,
Carried with you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Namaste.
