I have been listening for 2 weeks now orso. I dont know about the internal effect, if it could help me release unaware stuck anger. Its stil unaware. But the track is for sure slow, gentle and calm enough to keep listening. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

It's a calm and gentle track. I don't quite get how it helps release anger but it's beautiful anyway.
