Hunyuan MedIIT (Meditation Intensive Interval Training). Each session is composed of the following 5 segments, each 2 minutes long: meditation-explanation-meditation-explanation-meditation. Session #1 explains 1. Empty mind 2. Calm heart. Hunyuan meditation is following the practices of the Huai Xuan school, a 200 year old philosophical school from easter Sichuan that combines Confucianism, Buddhism and Daoism. Its main objective is cultivating the heart for happines, health and long life.

Hi everyone,

Welcome to our MEDIT session today,

July 27th.

Just a few words about our MEDIT session.

MEDIT stands for Meditation Intensive Interval Training.

It's something that we are doing in Hunyuan.

And the way it works,

We are first meditating for two minutes,

And then we talk for two minutes,

And then again meditating for two minutes like this.

We have three intervals of two minutes meditation and two breaks where we talk about some things related to the heart and to meditation practice.

So we want to start today in the practice with the two minutes meditation just to calm our mind and our heart,

Then I will start explaining a few things.

So let's start with two minutes meditation first.
