This unit's spiritual bonus will be a spirit guide meditation to help you to connect to your spirit guide or guides.
Find a comfortable place to sit and get comfortable.
Take 3-5 deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
When it feels comfortable,
Close your eyes and allow your breath to return to normal.
Breathing in your breathing for just a moment.
Imagine yourself in an outdoor peaceful place,
Near the woods or the beach or some other outdoor area that brings you peace.
Take a few steps and start walking into the woods or walking along the beach.
As you're walking you come across a waterfall.
You enter the pond at the bottom of the waterfall and let the waterfall rinse over you,
Cleansing you of any negative energy and refreshing you.
Behind the waterfall you encounter a cave.
In this cave there will be a door.
You will open the door and enter the room.
You will see a few couches and chairs and other things in a comfortable setting inside of the room.
The lights are on and it is very warm and welcoming.
You see another door at the other end of the room.
Find a comfortable place to sit and relax in the room and take a few deep breaths.
Get comfortable in the room.
Simply ask one or more of your spirit guides to join you.
While asking thank them for their guidance.
Thank them for being there for you and ask if they will please join you in this room.
Sit patiently while you wait for one of your spirit guides to enter the room with you.
Just later the other door opens.
Your spirit guides will enter and sit in other chairs near you.
Spend some time asking questions and waiting for answers.
Be sure to thank your guides and to listen intentionally for the answers to your questions.
You may not get all of your answers right away and some of your answers may not make sense but sit with your spirit guides and enjoy their company and any wisdom they may impart upon you.
Do this for a few moments.
Allow your energy to fully embrace your spirit guides.
Allow them to give you guidance freely.
Do not judge your own feelings but be present in the moment as you ask questions and listen for answers.
As time passes new questions may arise.
New answers may surface.
Answers to old questions may become apparent to you.
More information may be given to you that doesn't quite seem like it fits.
Be thankful for the time your guides are spending with you.
Spend a few more minutes asking any last questions and listening for any last answers.
Once you feel comfortable with this interaction,
Thank your guides one more time and stand and walk towards the same door that you came in.
Exit the room.
Go back under the waterfall and slowly down the path back to where you started.
Take several deep breaths and absorb the information and energy shared by your guides.
When you feel comfortable,
Begin to return to your physical body.
Feel sensations in your limbs.
Feel your body sitting in the chair.
When you have returned to your physical body,
You can open your eyes whenever it is comfortable.
I strongly encourage you to journal about the information your spirit guides have given you.
Freely write what you heard,
What you saw,
What you felt.
Going back you may realize you wrote down things in a pattern you would not normally use or in words that are outside of your normal vocabulary.
Journaling after encountering your spirit guides through this meditation will help you to document exactly how you felt during the meditation and document the information that you have received.
