Hello and welcome.
I'm glad you're here.
I am Eva and I will guide you through this Affirmation Meditation.
See how that rhymes?
Affirmation Meditation.
This Affirmation Meditation is a supplementary tool that you can use during your healing period.
It works with repetition.
The more you listen and speak the affirmations,
The quicker the change in your mental well-being.
Now get yourself comfortable.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And breathe out.
In your own time.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Release any tension you're holding in your body.
You may want to relax your forehead.
Drop your shoulders and clench your jaw.
There will be intentional short pauses between each sentence to allow your mind to fully grasp it.
You may use these short pauses to repeat the affirmations to yourself.
I value myself.
I value myself.
My experiences matter because I have lived through them.
I see myself with the eyes of love.
I see myself with the eyes of love.
There have been times when it was difficult to breathe calmly,
To love fully,
To walk safely,
To speak loudly,
And to sleep soundly.
I have lived through it all.
And here I am,
Still breathing,
Still loving,
Still walking,
Still speaking,
And still sleeping.
I've made it through,
Over and over again.
For that reason,
I have huge respect for myself.
I matter.
For me,
I matter.
I value myself.
I am worthy of all the good things that life has to offer.
And I claim it rightfully mine.
There is enough for everyone.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly in your own time.
Give yourself a moment to let the affirmations settle in.
Notice if there is an arising gratitude in your heart for all that you've gone through.
You may want to put your hand on your heart and feel the love for yourself.
Feel the warmth and worthiness of your being.
And if there is any resistance,
Notice that too,
Lovingly,
Calmly,
And let it just be.
May you carry yourself today with deep love and grace.
And may you remember that you are worthy of all the good things life has to offer,
With humbleness,
With gratitude.
Have a lovely day.
