Immerse In The Ocean Of Love

This guided meditation is inspired by a trip to the magnificent Canadian coastline. Chilly or warm, rain or shine, the ocean rhymes its own rhythm. The ocean hosts countless lovely lives - micro to macro - tiny algae and seaweeds, jellyfish and shrimp, dolphins and whales... There is a watery habitat that is fused with love. Relating the water element with Svadhisthana (Sacral chakra), we could learn from the ocean, her fluidity and tolerance. We could learn from the ocean of love.

Greetings, Welcome to the space. Today we will have a loving kindness practice with visualization technique. Find a comfortable position, Be it seated or laying down, However brings you ease. However, You may find a straight back without efforting. Scan the environment, Get acquainted with the surrounding, Gently soften the eyes, Lower the eyelids. Let's take one breath together. Inhale through nose, Sign it out. Allow yourself to arrive at this moment in this space. Let's invite a compassion touch with left hand over heart, Right hand over navel. Notice the rise and fall. Let's take three deep breaths together. Inhale through nose, Sign it out. Long inhale, Soft exhale. Steady inhale, Gentle exhale. Could you picture your rise and fall as ocean wave? Could you embrace this rise and fall? Know that this rise and fall is always with you and for you. Is your ocean today? Swarth and calm, Rough and eventful, How is the temperature of your ocean? Where are you at in the spectrum from freezing cold to steaming heat? What about the color? Which shades of blue are you? Or perhaps any color that appears? Allow your ocean to rise and fall. Welcome this rise and fall at your own rhythm. Imagine a light at the root of your spine. It rises through lower back, Mid back, It arrives at your heart space. As each inhale, The light grows stronger and brighter. It's soaking all the loving energy from your heart space. It's beaming through your ocean. The light fused with love is beaming through your ocean. Your ocean is filled with love, An ocean radiating love. Soft inhale, Gentle exhale. Immerse yourself in this ocean of love. Notice how does it feel? How does your body host this ocean of love? Know that at any given space, At any given time, You could always return to this ocean, Return to this rise and fall. Return to this ocean of love. This ocean of love is always with you, For you. Slowly wiggling the fingers and toes, Gently sway the head side to side. Bring both palms over the heart.
