I am an ERYT-200 and YACEP yoga, meditation guide and practitioner. I teach yoga to pass on the tradition; to bring ease to others who may be feeling physically, mentally, or emotionally challenged by life, injuries, or illness. I strive to bring inspiration to those who are looking for physical activity that is challenging, but not high intensity. Sharing a practice that is not only stimulating for the body, but through breath and presence, is healing to the mind and soul. I teach to share my heart. It is not something I want to do; it is something I HAVE to share.
