Heartfulness Relaxation is practiced for all age groups who want to experience the bliss prior to starting Yoga or Meditation and going deep within. After listening to this, Young children can remain in the heart for 20 seconds, gradually extending up to 1 minute as they progress. Teenagers may remain in the heart for up to 15 minutes after some practice. Adults may do this relaxation at the beginning of their Heartfulness meditation practice. At the end of the relaxation, keeping the eyes gently closed, suppose that Divine Light is illuminating your heart from within. Remain with this for about 30 minutes extending maximum to 1 hour.
