Brielle Stanley

Brielle didn't come to this work because it sounded meaningful. She came to it because she needed it. At 23, a serious car accident set off a three-year legal process, permanent nerve damage, and a reckoning with what it means to actually heal. Yin yoga helped her body. Vinyasa quieted her mind — the first time in months that the anxiety had quieted enough for her to hear her own thoughts. She became a teacher shortly after, and never really stopped learning. Since then, she's trained in sound healing, breathwork, accessible yoga, and a range of other modalities — not because she loved collecting certifications, but because healing kept being necessary. What she's learned across all of it: mindfulness is the mechanism underneath every practice that actually works. And most people never get formally introduced to it. That's the gap she's here to close. Brielle has worked in corporate boardrooms and yoga studios alike, and has spent the last decade studying mindfulness, healing modalities, and complex trauma. She meets people wherever they're starting from — skeptical, curious, or just exhausted and looking for something that actually helps. You'll find her here sharing guided meditations designed to be accessible, grounding, and genuinely useful. Free to listen, always.
