Hello there,

Wildling,

And welcome.

Thank you for checking in to listen to this sound journey with us.

Before we embark on our magical adventure,

Let's take a moment to calm our minds and prepare our spirits.

This will help us enter the world of imagination and wonder together.

Find a comfortable spot,

Close your eyes,

And imagine the gentle glow of the moonlight surrounding you,

Filling your space with calm and peace.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Counting to three,

One,

Two,

Three.

Now gently breathe out through your mouth to the count of three,

One,

Two,

Three.

Let's do this together two more times.

Breathe in,

One,

Two,

Three,

And breathe out,

One,

Two,

Three.

Feel the calmness wash over you.

Breathe in,

One,

Two,

Three,

And breathe out,

Slowly and steady,

Like you're blowing a bubble as big as the moon.

Imagine your moon bubble floating up to the sky,

Lighting up a clear path into a forest with fireflies twinkling amongst the mysterious,

Massive trees.

You listen to the sounds of crickets,

Frogs,

And cicadas sing.

Night is calm.

You feel a flutter in your heart,

A whisper of adventure.

The breeze softly calls your name,

Inviting you to explore the world beyond.

As you step outside,

The cool grass tickles your toes.

The world is breathing with you.

Feel the air gently flow in,

Out.

Imagine the wind softly brushing against your cheeks.

You move forward,

And the forest shares its ancient stories in whispers.

The towering trees,

Guarding the stars above,

Guide your path.

With a thankful heart,

You feel their strength and protection.

Traveling on the wind,

You hear the howl of a wolf.

You listen a little closer,

And as the howling echoes through the valley,

You hear more howls joining the first one.

Each howl uniquely adds to the symphony of sounds.

You feel a shiver up your spine.

The wolves are calling you to join them.

As you look out,

You see the golden eyes of the alpha wolf,

Waiting for you at the edge of the forest.

Though a fleeting fear tries to sneak into your heart,

You whisper softly,

I am brave,

I am kind,

I am safe.

The wolf steps closer,

Its fur bathed in silver light,

A friend in the night's embrace.

He lowers his head,

And something in you stirs.

You feel your toes twitch,

And your palms itch,

And before you know it,

You leap to join the pack.

The wolves encircle you and welcome you,

Each one nodding their head as you pass them by,

And a little wolf pup licks your fingertips.

The alpha walks towards you and gently tugs on your sleeve with his teeth.

He starts to lead you through the forest.

The scent of the rich earth swirls up to your nose as your paws sink into the soil,

Feeling the soft crunch of leaves and twigs beneath your toes.

The wolves lift their snouts,

Sniffing,

And as one,

They all start to run.

Running with the wolves,

The wind whips past you,

And the leaves graze your skin.

You feel alive as you run into a clearing in the forest.

The long grass is almost glowing in the moonlight.

Here,

The wolves start to play together,

Catching one another's tails and running after one another.

They tug your sleeve and you chase after them.

Rabbits hop out of your way and you find yourself again in the forest,

Following a stream.

The wolves start to slow down,

Taking careful steps as though not to disturb the creatures living in the soil.

The stream leads you to a crystal clear lake.

Each wolf starts to make their way down to the water.

You hear the frogs diving in,

One by one,

As the wolves get closer.

You notice the wolves catch a glimpse of their own unique reflection just before lowering their heads to drink.

You look down and see your own image,

And as your hands touch the water,

Your image dissolves into the ripples across the lake,

Melting with the reflections of your fellow wolves.

Lifting a hand of water to your mouth,

The cool,

Clean water runs down your cheeks and down your throat,

Slowly moving towards your belly.

You place your hand on your tummy,

Feeling content and calm.

Suddenly a silent flitter of feathers across your face and you notice the owl landing in the tree directly in front of you.

Your wise gaze sees into your very bones and asks,

Who are you?

There is no answer for the owl.

It is a trick question,

The you dissolved with the ripples in the lake.

You look out to the family of wolves,

The moonlight sparkling on the dark lake.

The trees swaying gently in the breeze,

The fireflies twinkling in the distance,

And with all this,

You are deeply connected,

Safe,

At peace,

And lovingly held in the embrace of this moment.

You lock eyes with the alpha wolf.

He slowly blinks as if to say,

You are always welcome here,

And in an instance,

All is understood.

You breathe it all in and let it all go just as easily.

As you walk back home,

The trees watch over you lovingly.

With each step,

You whisper a heartfelt,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Back home,

Your comfortable bed welcomes you,

As moonlight gently kisses your face.

And now,

As our story softly closes its pages,

Remember this adventure.

Drifting into the world of dreams,

Your heart holds the night's adventure,

The love of the wolves and the whispers of the trees.

Carry them with you into the world of dreams and beyond,

And remember,

You can always call upon the strength and love of the wolfpack whenever you need it.

Good night,

Wolfchild.

Thank you for joining us in this adventure.
