From the spiritual home, We continue the expansive journey upward, Feeling an aliveness, A radiating violet light, Breathing in this violet light of enlightenment, The seventh chakra, A brilliantly scintillating violet shining from the crown of your head, Bringing balance to the pineal gland, Brain, Nervous system, Skin and fascia. Seeing the soothing light expanding one's consciousness, Oneness opening into the spiritual, Shifting brain waves, Waves of relaxation, Transporting into an elevated place, Connecting with the divine, A great force loving you, Loving yourself. So comforting to know that you are love. Hurt, Loneliness, Isolation, Overwhelm, Those old energies moving through and past your amorphous body, Dissolving into the mists of violet light, Seeing this beautiful light filling you up, Transmuting pain, Discomfort, Healing our systems, To be at peace within, Soothing calm inner peace, Soothing the nervous system, Our minds, Our glands regulating into healthy flow, Reassured with deep knowing, The knowing of self, Seemingly separate on the surface, But bound in the eternal, The woven together fabric of humanity, The human family, Connecting through the bridge of light, The light into something more, More than what we have previously perceived as reality, A sense of elevating, A place of higher vibrations, A space always available to us when we remember to slow down, To breathe, Welcoming a forgotten friend, Our good friend, Our best friend, Ourselves. Our higher self always wants to take our hand and comfort us, Comforting with forgiveness and acceptance, Comforting with compassion, The compassion for being human, For being perfectly imperfect, To trust, To have faith, To be happy. You are seen. You are not alone. We are connected to the pulse of all living things, The continuum, All that is, Was, And never shall be, A world without end, And so it is.
