Welcome,
Beloved sister.
This is your time,
A space to return to the places within you that have been forgotten,
Silenced,
Or simply never known.
Today we come back to the link between your heart and your womb.
The sacred bridge,
The pulse of your feminine knowing.
For many of us,
That link has been severed by shame,
Silence,
And by systems that taught us our softness was dangerous and our power was too much.
But your body remembers.
And your breath.
Will lead you back to your innate feminine wisdom.
Now take a moment to settle in.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying,
Somewhere where you feel safe.
Somewhere where you can let your body begin to soften.
Maybe have a blanket nearby.
Maybe light a candle.
Or place your hands on your belly and heart.
Already beginning the reconnection.
There is no right way to do this,
Only your way.
So let's begin.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
And let your breath arrive slow,
Soft,
And natural.
Just connecting to the rhythm of your own breath.
Now begin inhaling gently through your nose.
And then exhaling softly through your mouth like a quiet sigh.
Inhale through your nose,
Just expanding the belly.
And then exhaling slowly through the mouth.
You Again,
Inhaling through the nose,
Expanding the belly.
And then exhaling through the mouth,
Making the exhale longer than the inhale.
And just continuing with that breath cycle for a couple more breaths.
Beginning to feel your body landing in the space.
Softening,
Relaxing.
And as you allow the breath to move in and out with ease and flow.
You Start beginning to breathe as if you're breathing directly into your chest,
Your ribcage,
Your heart center.
Making the breath gentle and rhythmic.
Feeling the sensation of your ribs expanding on the in-breath.
And deflating on the out-breath,
Feeling that rhythm.
There's nothing to force.
Just simply allow the breath.
Expand your chest and open your heart.
And if your heart feels tight or heavy or guarded.
To simply breathe into that feeling.
Allowing the breath.
To dissolve any of those tight or heavy feelings.
And you may want to bring a hand over your heart,
Just feeling the warmth of your own presence and just holding yourself with tenderness and deep reverence.
To staying with the breath.
Feeling the rhythm of the in-breath and the out-breath into your heart space.
I'm just letting your breath say I'm here with you.
I'm listening.
And just let your heart respond in its own time,
Staying here,
In this moment,
Breathing,
Being present.
Being with the sensations of the breath as you inhale and exhale.
Just simply being with what is.
That is enough right now.
Now gently shift your awareness down into your womb space.
Accented just below your navel.
Even if you no longer have a physical womb,
The energetic womb still lives within you.
This is your cauldron,
Your center of creation,
The place where power and softness meet.
Begin to breathe into the space,
Soft and steady.
Inhaling into the womb space,
In through your nose.
And exhaling through your mouth like a sigh.
And again,
Inhaling into the womb space.
And exhaling with a sigh.
You may wish to place a hand on your womb,
Letting your palm rest against your lower belly.
Feeling the Warm.
Feeling the connection.
Continuing to breathe into the womb.
Letting each breath soften the space around your womb.
Letting the breath say,
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to come home.
And if anything arises,
Emotion,
Memories,
Resistance,
Even numbness,
Let it come.
There's no need to push.
Your breath is holding you.
And stay here.
Gently breathing.
Gently listening.
Tuning in.
Being present.
Until you feel ready to connect your heart and your womb.
You If you haven't already,
Gently bring one hand to your heart.
And the other to your womb.
Still continuing.
With your breath.
Breathing in through your nose.
And exhaling softly through your mouth.
Inhaling through the nose.
And exhaling softly through the mouth.
And feeling the warmth of your hands.
Feel the connection between these two centers.
Your knowing and your feeling,
Your creation and your compassion.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to visualize or simply sense a thread of golden light.
Begins in your womb.
Soft.
Alive.
Strong.
You And with each breath,
It begins to rise slowly,
Lovingly.
It moves up through your belly,
Through your diaphragm,
All the way up until it reaches your heart.
This golden thread is your remembering.
It is the bridge between what you feel and what you know.
It carries the unspoken messages your womb holds for your heart.
And the quiet truths your heart has longed to share.
On the in-breath,
Let the thread move.
And on the out-breath,
Let the thread weave.
You on the in-breath,
Letting the thread move.
And on the outbreath,
Letting the thread weave.
If your connection between these two centres has ever felt severed by shame,
Silence or forgetting.
This thread gently restores the connection.
On the in-breath,
Let the thread move.
And on the out-breath.
Let the thread weave.
There is no rush.
Let it pulse with your breath.
Let it glow.
Let it anchor in.
You may feel emotion,
Sensation,
Or energy moving.
You may feel nothing at all.
All of it is welcome.
All of it.
Is part of the return.
And just continue.
Breathing in and letting the thread move.
And breathing out,
Letting the thread weave.
Let the golden thread do its quiet,
Powerful work.
When you feel ready,
Slowly release your hands and let them rest wherever feels natural.
And allowing your breath to return to its own natural rhythm.
Soft.
Unforced.
Letting your body be.
There is nothing you need to do now.
No need to analyze or make sense of what just moved.
Let the golden thread remain,
Glowing gently within you,
Breathing with you.
Womb and heart now reconnected.
Speaking,
Listening,
Trusting each other again.
And let your final breaths anchor this in.
I am home in my body.
My softness is safe.
My power is sacred.
Just take a moment just to allow whatever wants to settle to settle.
And simply let the stillness hold you.
You And when it feels right,
Begin to move your fingers,
Your toes,
Your body.
And slowly return to the space around you.
And remember this as you move through the rest of your day or evening.
You carry this thread now,
And it will keep weaving with every breath.
And every moment you choose to stay with yourself.
Blessed be the award.
