Welcome to the Cosmic Elevator.

Please find a comfortable position,

Lying down or seated,

A place where your body can fully relax.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in,

And then release it,

Allowing any tension to flow out with your exhale.

Feel your body resting on the surface beneath you.

Supported and safe,

As you continue breathing slowly,

Let the rhythm of each inhale and exhale,

Guide you further into stillness.

During this meditation,

You'll travel down,

Deeper and deeper,

Discovering hidden dream worlds.

Each time the elevator descends,

You'll notice a pleasant heaviness throughout your body,

A deepening calm that pulls you gently toward a peaceful sleep.

So know that you're always in control here,

You are safe,

You can choose which dream world to explore,

And you'll remember your dreams more and more each night.

If you ever wish to leave a dreamscape,

You simply return to the elevator.

There's no rush,

Just a gentle journey downward to rest.

So first,

Let's soften every part of the body.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel the weight of each foot,

A gentle contact with whatever surface supports you.

Breathe in,

And as you exhale,

Allow your feet to grow heavier,

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Now move your attention up to your lower legs.

Your calves,

And your shins.

Imagine a soothing warmth flowing through them.

They become heavier and sleepier with each breath.

Now,

Drift your focus to your knees and your thighs.

If there's any tension there,

Breathe into that area,

And then let it go on the exhale.

Feel the weight of your legs gently increasing,

Pressing down.

Now,

Notice your hips and your lower belly.

With every breath,

Your pelvis settles even further,

Releasing tension,

Allowing a heavy,

Comforting drowsiness to spread.

Bring softness to your belly and your chest now.

Notice how each slow inhale lifts your ribcage slightly,

And each exhale allows your torso to sink deeper into calm.

Your breathing remains natural,

Unforced,

As your chest and belly grow heavier,

Making you feel more and more at ease.

Move your awareness to your shoulders now.

Let them drop away from your ears,

Loosening any tightness.

The weight of relaxation settles over your upper back and flowing down your arms.

Feel your arms now,

Your biceps,

Forearms,

Wrists,

And your hands.

Imagine a gentle warmth pouring from your shoulders all the way down to your fingertips.

Each arm becomes heavier,

As if wrapped in a soft,

Weighted blanket.

So,

Turn your focus to your neck and your throat.

Allow any tension in your neck to dissolve.

You might gently move your head from side to side,

Then let it settle,

Heavier and more relaxed.

And finally,

Relax your face.

Smooth out your forehead.

Soften your eyebrows.

Unclench your jaw,

And let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.

With each breath,

Your facial muscles melt into ease.

Take a moment to feel the heaviness in your entire body.

You are safe.

You're at peace.

If your thoughts wander,

Gently guide them back to the sensation of your breath.

The comforting weight and the stillness within you.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Imagine a softly lit hallway.

The walls glow with a gentle light,

Leading you to a set of elevator doors,

A shimmer with cosmic energy.

The door slides open soundlessly,

Revealing a warm,

Spacious elevator car.

So,

Step inside,

Feeling the floor beneath you as it welcomes your weight.

The door closes quietly behind you.

And around you,

You see a panel filled with countless glowing buttons.

Each button represents a unique dream world,

An ancient forest,

A floating city,

An underwater kingdom,

Or any realm your imagination might create.

You have total freedom here.

Each time you choose a button,

The elevator will descend,

And you'll feel yourself growing heavier and much more sleepier,

Preparing to step into that dreamscape.

Whenever you're ready to explore a new dream,

You can return to the elevator and select another glowing button.

We'll explore eight dream worlds,

Or as many as time allows.

Each descent will deepen your relaxation.

Look at the panel and let one particular button capture your attention.

Maybe it's shining a pale green or a warm golden hue.

Gently press it and feel the elevator begin to descend.

As you descend,

Notice the gentle hum of the elevator and the subtle downward pull in your body.

Every floor you pass takes you even deeper,

Making your arms and legs even heavier.

Your eyelids feel softer,

Heavier,

And sleepier.

And finally,

The elevator comes to a gentle stop.

The doors glide open,

Revealing your first dream world.

So step out and let yourself be immersed in this place.

Perhaps if it's an ancient forest with towering trees,

The sunlight dancing through leaves in dappled patterns,

Soft moss cushions your footsteps.

You may hear distant birdsong,

The rustle of leaves,

Or the hush of a gentle breeze.

Breathe in the fresh,

Earthy scent.

You feel safe and calm here.

Notice how each step in this forest makes your body sink further into drowsiness,

Your limbs continuing to grow heavier.

And more and more at ease.

Take a quiet moment to explore.

You're free to wander,

Feeling the soft ground beneath you,

Noticing any details that appear,

A clearing,

A stream,

Or a gentle glow among the trees.

And when you're ready to explore another dream,

A trail of light leads you back to the elevator door.

Step inside,

Feeling the calming weight return.

And watch as the doors close behind you once more.

Within the elevator,

You see another glowing button calling to you.

You press it,

And you feel the elevator descending again,

Smoothly and slowly.

With each moment,

Your body grows even heavier.

Each breath makes you sleepier,

As though a soft blanket of peace is settling over you.

The doors open,

And this time you might find yourself in a floating city,

Just drifting among the clouds.

Sunlight or moonlight glimmers on sleek,

Ethereal-like buildings.

Soft pathways connect these airy structures,

And you feel a gentle breeze on your skin.

The entire city seems hushed,

As if welcoming your presence.

Each step along a suspended walkway deepens your sense of calm.

Your eyelids grow even heavier,

Your breaths longer and slower.

You may see glowing orbs floating by,

Or hear the distant chime of wind bells.

Every detail is soothing,

Inviting you to sink further into serene drowsiness.

After exploring as long as you wish,

The path lights up,

Guiding you back to the elevator.

And as you step inside,

You feel the anchor of relaxation pulling you down another notch into deeper rest.

Now,

You spot a third button on the panel,

Perhaps in a gentle shade of turquoise or even lavender.

You press the button,

And again you feel the calming downward motion.

Your limbs feel an even heavier comfort settling in.

Once the elevator stops,

The doors slide open.

You might emerge into an underwater kingdom,

Where shimmering schools of fish glide through sunlit waters.

Coral gardens sway gently in a rhythmic current.

Amazingly,

You can breathe easily here,

As if the water is filled with light and air.

Notice the grace of the sea creatures passing by,

The soft lull of the current,

The gentle hush that envelops you.

With each moment,

Your body relaxes even further.

You feel your muscles loosening,

Your mind drifting.

The vibrant colors and fluid movements lull you even closer to sleep,

A deeper wave of heaviness washing over you.

And when you're ready to return,

A softly lit portal beckons you back to the elevator.

You step inside,

Noticing how each time the door closes,

You become more sleepy than before.

You look at the panel again,

And let your intuition guide you to the fourth button.

You press it and feel the gentle drop of the elevator,

A peaceful hum in your ears,

A soothing pull on your body.

And soon you arrive at your destination.

The doors open to reveal a mystic desert under a starlit sky.

Silvery dunes reflect the moonlight.

A cool breeze carries the soft sound of distant wind chimes.

You walk slowly across the sand,

Feeling it shift underfoot.

Each step makes you sleepier,

Heavier,

As though the desert itself is lulling you into rest.

The stars above twinkle like tiny beacons,

Guiding you into a blissful dreamy state.

And if you wish,

You may find a soft cushion or hammock amid the dunes.

Just waiting,

Perfectly placed for your comfort.

Breathe in the cool air,

And exhale tension.

You can linger here as long as you like,

Letting the desert's hush cradle your thoughts.

And eventually,

You see the elevator doors reappear,

Waiting patiently.

You make your way back,

Body and mind softer,

Calmer,

And settle inside once more.

As you enter the elevator,

Your gaze drifts to a fifth button.

Perhaps it shines in a comforting pink.

Or even a deep amber glow.

You press it gently,

Feel that slow measured descent.

Your eyelids feel so heavy now,

Barely wanting to open.

The tranquil weight envelops you.

When the door opens,

You find a cosmic garden,

Blossoms made of soft light,

Glowing leaves that sparkle like tiny stars.

There is a comfortable pathway underfoot,

And each step echoes gently in the star-kissed atmosphere.

The colors here are soothing,

Blues and purples merging into silvery accents,

Like a dream of a galaxy in bloom.

You feel your breath deepen,

Each inhale filled with the scent of sweet night air.

The hush of this realm grows,

Inviting you into deeper serenity.

With each passing moment,

You grow sleepier,

A heaviness more comforting.

You have complete control here.

Explore or simply rest amidst the glowing flowers,

Knowing that you're safe and protected.

When you're ready,

You notice the soft glow of the elevator doors,

Waiting to take you further down.

You glide back,

The doors closing gently as you sink yet another level into deep relaxation.

The elevator quietly hums as you select a six button.

Down you go again,

Each level making your body feel even heavier,

Your mind more open to rest.

This time as the door slides open,

You enter an enchanted mountain retreat.

High up in cool fresh air,

Stone pathways are lit by lanterns and you can see rolling hills below,

Illuminated by soft moonlight.

Perhaps you hear a distant stream trickling over the rocks,

The comforting crackle of a small campfire or the whisper of pine trees swaying in a gentle breeze.

As you move through this space,

Your legs feel pleasantly weighted,

As if all tension is draining away,

Replaced by a profound sense of calm.

The drowsiness grows more inviting,

Guiding you closer to the edge of slumber.

And after some time exploring,

Or simply being still in this tranquil mountain scene,

You notice the elevator doors and the flickering lantern light,

A silent invitation to go even deeper.

You return to the elevator,

Watching the seventh button call your attention.

You press it and sink even deeper as the elevator descends once more.

It feels like floating on a cloud that gently drifts downstream.

The doors open to a hidden library of dreams,

Endless shelves filled with glowing books that seem to hum with stories.

The gentle warm light filters through tall stained glass windows,

Painting soft colors on the floor.

If you pick up a book,

Its pages might shimmer with memories and possibilities.

You can hear a faint comforting hush,

Like distant whispers telling enchanting tales.

Strolling between the shelves,

You feel safe and protected.

Every second invites deeper relaxation.

The softness in your eyelids grows as though they carry the weight of the entire library,

Gently guiding them to close even deeper,

Gently guiding them to close even tighter.

After your exploration,

The elevator door appears,

Quietly waiting for you to step back inside.

And as you do,

Your body descends yet another layer into calm.

And finally,

Your eyelids land on an eighth button.

Pressing it,

You sense the soothing pull downward.

With each floor that slips by,

Your muscles loosen,

Your breath slows.

And you drift into even more profound drowsiness.

The doors open,

Revealing a serene lakeside at twilight.

Fireflies glow like tiny stars hovering over still water.

A gentle mist wraps around the shore,

And the air feels cool and pure.

You might walk along the water's edge,

Hearing the soft lapping of waves against the shoreline.

Each step feels heavier,

Urging you to lie down on the smooth grass or a cozy blanket that appears just for you.

Ease upon the surface of the lake,

Reflecting stars in moonlight.

With every slow deep breath,

Let the scene lull you closer to the welcoming arms of sleep.

A tender heaviness settles over you,

A warmth that lets you know you're completely safe.

When you feel the gentle pull back to the elevator,

You stand,

Though your body is delightfully heavy,

And step inside once more.

The doors slide shut,

And you feel how deeply relaxed you've become.

Now,

Within the elevator,

You see that all the buttons glow softly,

As if they've shared their secrets with you.

You sense there could be more buttons to press,

More dreams to explore whenever you wish.

The lights inside the elevator dim,

Gently cradling you in a comforting darkness.

You feel your body sinking further into itself,

An irresistible pull towards sleep.

Your limbs are so heavy now,

So pleasantly weighted.

Your eyelids are almost too heavy to open,

Your mind floating between wakefulness and slumber.

Each breath is a lullaby.

If any stray thoughts arise,

Let them pass gently like clouds drifting across the tranquil sky.

You can always revisit any dreamscape you desire,

For you hold the keys to these worlds.

A calm voice within you reminds you that you're safe,

You're in control,

And you'll remember your dreams more and more each night.

Any tension that might remain dissolves completely now,

Replaced by a deep and steady calm.

And if it feels right,

Allow the elevator to continue descending at its own peaceful pace,

Bringing you closer and closer to the threshold of sleep.

The door may open into new realms,

Or it might simply remain closed as you drift into the gentle darkness beyond.

With every slow exhale,

Feel yourself surrender to the sweet embrace of rest.

There's nothing else to do,

Nowhere else to go.

You're free to float,

Relax,

And sleep.

Good night and namaste.
