Welcome.
Maybe you woke up today and immediately wished you had not opened your eyes yet.
That is where we are starting.
No forced smile and no pretending this is going to be an amazing day.
No need to feel grateful right away.
You're simply awake and for now that's enough.
Stay where you are for a moment.
Let the body remain heavy.
You don't need to rush into the day.
So notice the surface beneath you.
Notice the weight of your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs.
You are here.
The day has begun,
But you don't have to carry all of it yet.
Take one easy breath,
Nothing large.
Let the air come in gently.
And then let it go.
And again,
A slow inhale and an easy release.
So one more time.
And then let it go.
Now maybe your mind has already started.
Things you need to do.
People you need to deal with.
You know,
Things like work,
School,
Family,
Messages,
Money,
Whatever it is.
Something difficult waiting later.
Maybe there's no clear reason at all.
You simply opened your eyes and felt that way.
That sinking feeling.
That sense of I don't want to do this today.
If that is there,
Let it be there.
You don't need to argue with it.
You don't need to make it disappear either.
And you don't need to decide what the entire day will feel like based on the first minute.
Morning feelings are not predictions.
So let that settle.
How you feel right now doesn't tell you how the whole day will go.
This is only the beginning.
One moment,
One feeling,
And feelings change.
For now,
Forget the whole day.
You don't need to carry 12 hours.
You don't need to carry 8 hours.
You don't even need to carry the next hour.
Let the day become much,
Much smaller.
All you need is the next few minutes and that is enough.
So notice your breathing again.
Easy,
Natural,
And remind yourself I don't need to feel ready.
And again.
I don't need to feel ready.
You can begin the day while tired.
You can even begin a day while uncertain.
You can begin a day without wanting to.
Readiness is not required.
You only need one small movement at a time.
So maybe the first movement is sitting up.
Not yet,
But just imagine it.
Sitting up.
And then maybe placing your feet on the floor.
That's all.
You don't need to think beyond that.
The mind can try to show you everything at once.
You know,
The whole schedule,
Workload,
Conversation,
And every problem.
Life never actually arrives that way.
It arrives one moment at a time.
One room at a time,
One person at a time,
And even one task at a time.
So let the whole day disappear again.
You don't need it.
Only the next step.
So maybe right now,
The next step is simply breathing.
And then opening your eyes fully.
Then sitting up,
Then water,
Then getting dressed.
Simple.
Nothing heroic.
You don't need to conquer the day.
You only need to enter it.
So let that line settle No need to conquer the day.
You only need to enter it.
And once you enter it.
.
.
You can mean whatever comes when it comes.
Not before.
You don't have to have the energy for this afternoon right now.
You don't need the energy for tonight.
You only need enough for this moment.
And you have enough for this moment.
Because you're already here.
So take another easy breath.
And then let it go.
Maybe you're carrying something from yesterday.
A difficult conversation.
Something that went wrong.
Unfinished or embarrassing or even something painful.
And then notice it.
And remind yourself.
Yesterday does not get to automatically become today.
You can carry a lesson without carrying the whole feeling.
You can leave some of yesterday behind.
So imagine yesterday as a room behind you.
You already lived there.
You don't need to walk through it again this morning.
And then close the door gently.
Today doesn't need to be a continuation of yesterday's mood.
Today can begin without a verdict.
You don't need to decide whether it will be good or bad.
Let it be unknown.
Unknown is okay.
Now there may be something good today that you can't see yet.
There may be something difficult.
And most days have both.
You don't need to know,
Just meet what actually arrives,
Not what the mind predicts.
So notice your body now.
Maybe there's tension in the chest.
Let there be more room around it.
Maybe heaviness in the belly.
And let the belly soften a little Maybe the shoulders feel tired.
So let them allow her.
You don't have to wear the whole day in your body before it begins.
So release a little.
Now not all of it,
But just enough.
Enough to make room for the next step.
And now think of one thing you can manage today.
Just one.
Something very simple.
Maybe showering,
Breakfast,
Answering one message,
Getting to work,
Walking outside.
Maybe just making it through the morning.
Choose something really small.
Just one manageable thing.
And let that be enough.
You're not required to solve everything today.
You're not required to have everything figured out.
Now some days are for progress,
Some are for maintenance.
And somewhere for simply getting through it gently.
And all of those days count.
So let yourself remember that.
The quiet day counts,
The slow day counts,
And the difficult day counts.
You don't need to turn every morning into transformation.
Sometimes getting out of bed is the beginning.
And beginning is enough.
So take one more easy breath.
And as the air comes in,
Notice that this moment is new.
And as the hour leaves,
Let go of the demand to know how the day ends.
You don't know.
And you don't need to know.
You only need to begin.
Maybe now you can move your fingers and then your toes.
Allow a little more awareness into the body Let the eyes open when you're ready.
And then notice the room.
Nothing has to happen all at once.
And when you sit up,
Only sit up.
And when your feet meet the floor,
Only feel the floor.
And when you stare,
Only stare.
Let life remain that symbol for a little while.
One thing and then another and then another.
And if dread returns later,
I'm back to the same idea.
Take one final breath,
Easy and slow.
And then release.
You're awake and you are here.
You don't need to feel ready.
You only need to begin.
One small thing and then another,
And let the day reveal itself.
And for now.
.
.
Just take the next step.
Good work today and namaste.
