Welcome today,

So just pause whatever you're doing,

Take a deep breath in,

Slow and meaningful,

And then let it out with a sigh.

Now think of one thing that makes this moment okay,

A sound,

A color,

A person,

Or even a memory,

And now think of another,

Stack them like small candles lighting up your heart,

And then feel warmth spreading in your chest,

That's gratitude changing your chemistry.

So inhale the word thank you,

And then exhale everything that blocks it,

You're surrounded by ordinary miracles,

You just remembered to notice them.

So take one last deep breath in through the nose,

And then exhale it gently through the mouth.

So just smile,

Even if it's just a small one,

And carry this light with you.

Good work today,

And namaste.
