Either lying down,

Standing,

Or sitting in a comfortable position.

Coming into your breath,

Just observing where it's rising and falling,

Feeling into your body,

Your vessel,

Your safe space,

Coming into your heart space,

Imagining your spirit stepping outside of your whole body,

And slowly moving to the back of your body.

There is a little door behind your heart,

It is locked,

But you have the key.

Unlock the door,

Open it,

And step inside.

What does it look like on your journey to your heart?

What does it smell like?

Maybe there's something that you taste or touch.

What does it feel like?

Keep on walking closer and closer to where your spirit,

Your heart lives.

As you walk into your chamber,

Your heart space,

Does it have a message for you?

What does it feel like?

What does it look like in your heart space?

Does it need something to add,

Or do you need to take away something and release?

When you feel ready,

Start to walk towards the path outside of your chamber,

Thanking the spirit,

Your heart,

For whatever has been given to you.

Walking back towards the door,

Walking out of the door,

Closing it,

Locking it,

And bringing your spirit,

Yourself,

Back around to the front of your body,

And gently moving into your body again.

Taking a couple deep breaths,

Moving your hands or wiggling your toes,

If a full body stretch is needed,

Doing whatever serves your body and what it needs to do.

Rolling over to one side,

And rolling up slowly if you are laying down,

And when you are ready,

Gently opening the eyes.
