This guided meditation is called,
I am safe,
I am at peace.
This guided imagery can be especially helpful during challenging times of extreme anxiety and fatigue.
Let's begin by taking in a nice deep breath and just allow your body to settle in and soften.
Get comfortable.
Sit up straight with your back erect or if lying down,
Hands by your sides.
Just notice how it feels to rest here.
Feel your breath.
Put one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart space,
If you will.
Close your eyes or find a spot on the wall or floor to focus on with a soft gaze.
So now take a deep belly breath in and hold.
You should feel your belly expand out.
Then let the air out slowly.
The belly goes in.
Just notice your breath in and out.
As you inhale,
Notice all the sensations filling up.
As you exhale,
Release any tension,
Stress or fatigue.
You may release your hands to rest on your lap or by your side.
Notice the sounds around you.
Know that with every sound you hear,
Including my voice,
You'll just go deeper and deeper inside.
As you breathe in,
Allow a soft healing energy from above.
Connect to a healing light from above your head.
Just breathe it in.
Allow the soft healing light to flow freely into your body,
Soothing every cell.
This healing light melts away any tension or stress.
Just breathe it in,
This beautiful loving light.
Let it release all the tension in the top of your head,
Your scalp,
Your forehead.
Let it wash away tension in your facial muscles.
Soften your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Relax the jaw.
Let your tongue relax to the floor of your mouth.
Just keep breathing in this beautiful light into your mind.
Allow this healing light to lift away any thoughts that no longer serve you.
This light pours down to the top of your head and into the rest of your body,
Releasing all tightness and tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your chest,
All the way into every cell and every organ.
This healing light moves into the lower part of your body,
Your hips,
Legs,
Calves,
All the way into your toes,
Releasing all tightness and tension.
Just sending this deep wave of relaxation throughout your entire body.
Just letting go,
Drifting down peacefully.
Breathe this light right into your heart,
Your inner power,
Your inner wisdom.
Allow your heart space to expand out around you,
360 degrees all around.
Let it expand out,
This beautiful light that is helping you release all tension.
So now as you feel all of this healing light and love,
Say to every cell,
I am safe,
I am at peace.
Keep saying,
I am safe,
I am at peace to every cell.
Notice this calm and peace traveling throughout your body.
This love knows where to go to heal and restore.
Allow the cells to open up and drink in this beautiful light and love.
Every cell continues to allow all this peace and serenity,
This gentle flow of all that serves your highest good.
Allow yourself to simply relax.
Everything is working out for your highest good and you are safe right here,
Right now.
Breathe it into every part of your body.
So just bask in all this peace and serenity for a few moments and I will be quiet.
Allow each cell to imprint this love,
Calm and peace.
Just drink it all in,
This universal divine energy that's flowing and is serving your highest good to bring health and vitality to every cell of your body.
Love and trust that this peace is within you and you may call upon it at any time to feel safe,
To feel at peace.
Soon we'll be returning to the room where we began.
All tension that had been removed,
Feel a new sense of serenity and peace flow throughout your entire body from your head to your toes.
So bringing in this new energy into your feet,
Your legs,
Your center of your being,
Filling up your core,
Your heart,
Into your head.
Let the energy flow back down into your body,
Feeling refreshed and renewed.
