This guided journey is all about taking the time to see and feel yourself.

Yes,

Feeling yourself,

Understanding the connection between the physical body and any hidden and processed emotions.

Let me guide you.

Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position and taking a few deep breaths.

Relax your muscles and release any negative thoughts.

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Repeat three times.

Now let's connect with our spiritual body,

Starting with our toes.

This is where you will find your roots.

Reconnect with your core values,

Your family,

Any event from the past that may have deeply impacted you,

That you may have buried.

It's time to go deeper.

It's time to face yourself and build a solid foundation.

Start feeling.

Connect to your roots.

Go deeper.

Start diving into it.

Wearing your hands to the base of your feet.

Breathe in and out,

Letting go of what you have processed in your toes.

Your feet is where we think the way we think and let go of beliefs that no longer serve us.

Take a moment,

Think about it.

Here,

Keep an open mind and connect with a bigger picture of your life.

What do you believe in and what not?

What no longer serves you?

Should you expand your mindset?

Is your mindset limited?

Take your time to reflect.

Place your hands on your ankles.

Ask yourself,

What are the burdens from the past that you need to drop?

What is winding you down?

Absorb the feeling this gives you and three,

Two,

One,

Release the burden.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Your knees connect to the relationship with your own feminine and masculine energy.

Moving your hands to your left knee,

Let's connect to your feminine energy.

What's your creativity like?

Are there any blocks?

Do you process your emotions well and validate them?

Listen to your intuition and your feelings.

Visualize what the woman inside you is trying to communicate.

Is she wounded or at her best?

What does that woman in you look like?

Ask yourself,

What is the relationship like with a woman in your life?

How are you connected?

Visualize and explore your feelings.

Let your woman guide you.

Take your time.

Place your hand on your right knee and connect with your inner warrior,

Your masculine energy.

This is the man inside you,

Your ego,

The way you take action,

The way you position yourself in this world.

What does this man look like?

Does he have clear boundaries that other people in yourself respect?

Are you able to achieve what you want to achieve with the drive within you?

Do you need more power,

Strength,

Less thinking,

And perhaps more action?

What is the relationship like with the man in your life?

How do you see them?

Visualize and explore those feelings.

Don't be afraid to dive deeper.

Visualize the balance and harmony as we move our hands to our hips.

You are now tapping into your stability,

Your anchor,

Your balance.

How do you walk in life with both your masculine and feminine energy,

Your man and your woman?

How are the men and women inside you supporting you?

Are you feeling complete?

Are there moments where you either felt weaker or too strong?

How shall you balance that?

Think about it.

Take your time.

Dive in a little deeper.

We are now connecting to our heart.

Grab one of your wrists.

Here you express how you love yourself,

Others,

The world around you and beyond.

What's inside your heart?

How do you feel in your heart?

How much do you love yourself?

Are you open to love and be loved?

Feel all your heart wants you to feel.

Let go and have a good laugh,

A cry,

Or a scream.

Set your heart free.

Now shake those wrists,

Visualizing all the negative emotions being thrown out into the abyss of space.

Deep breath in and out.

Now let me ask you,

Are you ready for change?

Are you ready to evolve?

Place your hands on your right elbow.

This is where we connect with our attitude to evolve.

Are you open to change?

Do you like it fast-paced or slowly but surely?

What does evolution look like to you?

What's your process?

Truly visualize your change in motion.

Feel it.

Moving to your left elbow.

You are now connecting with your career and ambitions.

How is your work life going?

Is it balanced or are the areas you like to be improve?

What are they?

Visualize the version of you in your top game.

How will you achieve this?

What's holding you back?

Take a deep breath in,

Absorbing the energy of drive,

Passion,

Self-discipline,

And consistency.

Everything you desire is achievable.

All is possible.

Moving up to your shoulders.

Heavy burdens you may be carrying or a weight on your shoulders.

Think about how you handle stress,

Anxiety,

And pressure.

Are there things that you worry too much about?

How does this affect your everyday life?

Is there anything you need to let go of?

How full is your plate?

Let's get ready to drop the weight.

Deep breath in.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe out and visualize the release.

Place both hands on your head.

Let's connect to your head,

Your mind.

Let's dive deeper into your thought process.

How do you process your ideas,

Thoughts,

And what are the contents in your mind?

What do you think about yourself?

What do you think about too much or too little?

Is your mind open or closed?

What keeps you awake at night when you need peace?

How does your mind make you feel?

Let's visionize a beam of light opening through your third eye.

How do you envision your future?

What do you see in your future?

Who is in your future?

How does the best version of yourself look like?

Process this and connect with how you will feel at that moment.

Imagine as if this is where you are currently.

Take your time.

Slowly moving down to your throat.

Lay both of your hands on top of your throat and connect the way you communicate with people and to yourself.

What are the words that you speak?

Are they words of kindness or of spite?

Is the way you speak productive to your personal growth?

Uplifting yourself and others around you?

Are you speaking your truth?

Do you speak up for yourself?

Now begin seeing words of affirmation to yourself.

Connect to this.

Follow me.

I speak words of love to myself.

I speak with truth.

I am heard.

I am understood.

Let it sink in.

Place your left hand on your chest and your right on your solar plexus.

Your solar plexus is your self-confidence tank.

How do you feel about your body,

Your skills,

And your overall sense of self?

What does self-love look like to you?

Visualize in your mind how much you love yourself.

Bring on the fire from within that drives that confidence.

Feel your own power.

Place your hands on your belly.

Relax into it.

Your belly speaks comfort.

What makes you comfortable and what not?

Take a moment to feel about it,

To think about it.

Well then,

Now give one big hug to yourself.

Hold yourself tight and follow what I say.

I love myself,

My past,

Present,

And future.

I am evolving and perfectly imperfect.

I see and feel myself.
