Welcome to a journey in relaxation.

My name is Yuraya and I'll be leading you through a yoga nidra experience where we draw our attention away from the busy thoughts of the mind.

We allow all the worry and stress of our day to go.

We focus our awareness on the structures of the body,

Encouraging the entire body to relax.

Find a comfortable place lying down on your back.

Cover yourself with a blanket.

Make yourself comfortable.

Allow your feet to flop off to the side.

Arms off to the side.

Palms facing up.

And let go.

Feel your body heavy and weighted to the ground.

The feet and legs are long.

The head is pointed outward.

Chin slightly tucked in.

Neck is long and broad.

Light color blue in the throat.

All the stars are here.

Your voice is here.

Whether in momentum or in silence.

Your voice is here.

In a sky full of stars.

Allow the body to be heavy.

All weight and tension into the ground beneath your body.

The back of the head anchored to the ground.

Shoulders on the ground.

Shoulder blades dropped down away from the ears.
