Coming into a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Whatever shape feels most comfortable for you now and bringing your awareness to your breath and as you inhale taking a new prana and life force into your body.
Breathing out anything that doesn't serve you right now,
Taking this time for you to fill up your cup,
Your baby's cup and as you start to bring awareness to your breath,
Bring that awareness to the heart space and see the heart space filling up with the warm golden pink colour.
Each breath in the heart filling up with this colour,
The warmth of this colour,
Illuminating you from the inside.
Let the heart continue to fill up with the warm golden pink colour until it spills out into your veins and as it continues to spill out into your veins,
It pours out into your womb,
Into the placenta until it enters the veins of your baby,
Until it fills up your baby's heart space,
Illuminating your baby from the inside,
This warm golden pink colour.
See your baby in your womb at full turn and as you continue to breathe the warm golden pink into your veins,
Into your baby's veins,
Overflowing your baby's heart space until it starts to pool with the cervix.
At your cervix,
Your baby's head is nestled down tight and at the crown of your baby's head is a rosebud,
A rosebud where the petals start to open slowly in your own unique timing.
The petals start to open and with the help of the uterus,
The cervix is starting to open,
Waves moving across your belly,
Moving in unison with the flower petals opening out and your baby's head moves through the cervix,
The shoulders spill out,
The baby's body,
Legs and feet and you are there to catch your baby feeling the warm wet touch of your baby and holding it in close to you,
Feeling that fierce love,
Unconditional love between you and your baby.
Feel all the emotions of that fierce love and take a moment to be in this space,
Not wanting to move,
Holding your baby tight,
Skin to skin and keep this feeling now close to your baby,
Return back into the womb where the placenta is gently ever so delicately starting to let go of the wall of your uterus,
Little by little peeling away until it releases when you birth the placenta,
Seeing inside the uterine wall all the little capillaries knitting themselves back together,
Healing from the inside.
Hold on to that feeling,
