Welcome to day one of the 7 day feminine abundance meditation challenge.

I'm so grateful for you being here for yourself today.

At the end of these 7 days,

You will step more into your feminine energy and start attracting more abundance from a place of softness,

Ease,

Grace,

And flow.

In this first meditation,

We will be going over the topic of letting go of what no longer serves you.

The reason that this is so important is because whatever you're holding onto is taking up very valuable space for what it is that you're trying to attract.

And so for today,

Allow your intention to be letting it go and making space for more.

Whenever you're ready,

You can go ahead and just sit back,

Get very relaxed,

And close your eyes,

Taking a couple deep grounding breaths,

Holding at the very top,

And then exhaling out of your mouth.

Very good.

Stay mindful of your breathing.

And in your mind's eye,

I want you to see yourself looking over an ocean,

Standing at the edge of the shore as the sun has just gone down and the sky is not quite black yet,

But more of a dark blue as the stars and the moon come out to play.

The air is cool on your skin,

A little salty,

A little sticky.

It gives you goosebumps.

The sounds of the waves crashing against the shore lull you into an even deeper state of relaxation.

And the breeze is whipping your hair around you wildly.

You are in your most divine self.

And you begin to walk along the shore,

Taking in the beautiful scenery,

Enjoying the coolness,

The way the wet sand feels between your toes.

And as you walk,

You stumble upon a staircase wedged inside one of the bluffs leading upward.

You decide to go up these stairs to see what lies before you.

Up,

Up you go.

And the higher up you go,

The more the breeze picks up.

And once you reach the top,

You find yourself at the edge of a cliff.

The scenery is even more breathtaking.

As you watch the reflection of the moon dance in the sea,

You feel wonderful and refreshed,

Except you notice something,

A heaviness in your body.

And you begin to feel around to find where it's located.

Is it in your pocket?

Your shoe?

Your heart?

Your womb?

Wherever it may be,

I want you to pull it out.

And as you do,

You notice it is pure light.

But instead of being weightless,

This light is incredibly heavy.

And you've been walking around with this for longer than you even know.

Your hands are heavy with this light,

But your body is now free.

And you look into this light.

You look into this energy and see what it is made up of.

Look very closely.

And once you see what that heaviness is made up of,

I want you to smile and say thank you,

But you no longer serve me.

And then whenever you're ready,

You send this light up into the sky.

And though it is heavy,

It floats away just like a balloon with no string attached.

And you watch this heaviness leaving you moving on over the ocean,

Through the clouds,

Into the sky.

It is no longer yours to carry.

Your time is now.

You're ready for the next move.

You're ready for the next step.

You take in the scenery from up here just one last time.

Take it into you,

The freedom of this feeling,

And then work your way back down the stairs.

Back down the beach.

And you close your eyes and then find the awareness back in your body.

Go ahead and wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Take a deep breath in and a large sigh out.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
