Inhale deeply through your nostrils while simultaneously lifting your arms like you're cheering for your favorite team.
Exhale forcefully through your nostrils while bringing your arms back to your body,
Palms up.
Perform the breaths in quick succession.
You're going to do approximately 50 pumps.
Let's begin.
Place your hands flat on your lap,
Facing upward.
Feel your body.
Notice what your body is doing.
Notice any tingling sensations.

Put your hands on your heart and feel your life force.
Feel the power and the strength of your heart.
What has your heart given you?
Something in this universe loved you enough to give you this heart and bring you into being.
This marvelous muscle pumps over 1,
000 times a day without you ever having to think about it.
It's a gift.
So now,
For the next minute,
I want you to think about an event or an experience in your life for which you can be incredibly grateful if you choose to be.
What was that moment?
Who was with you?
Where were you?
Step into that moment and see it as if it were happening now.
Feel what you experienced then as if it were happening now.
Breathing,
Hearing,
Feeling,
Touching,
Seeing.
Be there and enjoy it.
Savor it and express gratitude for it.
And think of a second moment.
Any moment for which you can be deeply grateful.
Step into that moment and allow yourself to feel it.
Love it.
Be there.
Allow gratitude for that moment to fill your entire body and give thanks for it.
And now,
Think of a third moment.
Feel deeply grateful for it if you want to.
And now,
Think of a third moment.
Feel deeply grateful for it if you want to.
Be there.
Feel it.
See it.
Hear it.
Smile about it.
Express gratitude for it.
Feel the love of the universe for giving you that experience.
And now,
Spend the last minute of this section of the meditation reflecting on all the angels who have been a part of your life.
Those individuals who have blessed you and helped you along your journey in this life.
They are they who have loved you,
Encouraged you,
Wanted what was best for you in your life.
So,
Spend this time honoring those who have cared about you along the way.
And now,
Imagine that a bright light is coming from above you and is entering into the top of your head.
It is your favorite color and it is brilliant.
It moves down through your head,
Through your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your tummy,
Your legs,
Your toes,
And down into the earth.
Before it loops back up again through your feet,
Your toes,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your face,
And right up the top of your head.
It is an energetic loop.
And as it cycles through your body,
It offers healing.
It offers peace and love.
And as it continues to loop through your head and body,
Imagine that it is strengthening you.
Imagine that it is strengthening you,
Healing you.
And you invite this power to heal your mind,
Heal your body,
Heal your wounds,
To strengthen the best part of you,
Your compassion,
Your courage,
Your kindness,
Your tenacity.
Letting it cycle through you,
Activating every nerve,
Every cell,
Connecting with the deepest sense of peace,
Love,
Healing,
And joy.
Feeling the energy of joy and love flowing through your entire body.
And as this energy builds within,
Imagine sharing it with those around you by imagining that that color reaches out from you and moves out and touches those around you.
The people that you love,
The people that you care about.
Loving on them,
Strengthening them,
Healing their wounds.
And now,
As you think about those desired experiences that you have identified that you want to have,
Those things you want to experience,
The ways in which you want to grow,
The ways in which you want to contribute and make a difference in the world,
I want you to imagine you have already experienced those things.
That you have grown in so many ways and have contributed to the world in ways that you look back and think,
Wow,
I actually did that.
And imagine how that feels.
Let a smile form inside of you.
Feel the joy of celebrating your accomplishments and how much you've been able to bless others.
See it as accomplished,
Done,
Complete.
Feel the excitement.
See yourself embodying this new energy,
Taking all the learning and the lessons that you have experienced and fully integrating them into your life.
Imagine that you've already learned all those things.
It's already happened that you've already accomplished all those things.
You've already done it.
And step into it as if it were already done and allow yourself to celebrate what you have done and see how many lives you have blessed.
Be there.
See it.
Embody it.
Let your mind move to how it feels to be in this moment.
You have worked so hard and you've made it happen.
The universe has your back and has supported you along the way and now it is complete.
And you are enjoying the moment of accomplishment.
Smile.

Make a sound that matches the joy you feel.
And now breathe in and out slowly and saying out loud.
