As you prepare for the birth of your baby,
I want you to practice listening to these affirmations in the morning as you're laying in bed trying to wake up and as you're going to sleep at night.
By practicing these affirmations,
We're going to reprogram your subconscious mind and we're going to program it to trust your body and be able to overcome any challenges that you face in your labor and your birth.
As I read these affirmations,
Try to repeat them in your head or out loud,
Whatever feels right,
Whatever feels best.
And relax your body as much as you can and just focus on the words that I am saying.
We're going to start with a deep breath in.
Feel your lungs expand.
Feel the breath go in and down your throat and down into your baby.
Each breath you breathe,
Your baby breathes too.
Your baby receives the oxygen and the nourishment from you as you nourish and oxygenate your body.
Let this breath go and as you let it go,
Feel the tension release from your neck and your shoulders and your back.
Feel your hips melt down into your bed.
Feel any worries,
Fears,
Anxieties drift away as in this moment you are safe.
In this moment you are relaxed.
You are safe and protected.
Your baby is safe and protected.
This moment is just for you.
Once you feel relaxed and ready,
Listen to this affirmation and repeat them back so that your brain waves can absorb them.
My baby knows how and when to be born and I am patient.
My baby is healthy and safe inside me right now.
My baby and I bond throughout the day and are connected on a deeper level than we will ever understand.
Birth is natural,
Beautiful and safe.
My baby needs me to surrender,
Surrender to the moment,
Surrender to the unknown.
My baby needs me to trust and let go.
I trust my body to do what is naturally meant for it to do and I trust my baby to tell me what it needs from me.
I can say no when I am uncomfortable with anything.
In this moment me and my baby are safe and connected and in this moment I am relaxed and have no worries.
In this moment I surrender,
I surrender,
Allow and trust.
I trust that anything that comes my way I can do it.
I am able to listen to my intuition on what it's telling me that I need to do.
I am able to tell the difference between fears and what my intuition is saying.
My body is wise and my baby knows how to be born.
My baby is healthy and safe inside me right now.
I am safe to let go.
I am safe to surrender.
I am safe to allow and trust.
My baby is healthy and safe inside of me right now.
Now take a deep breath in and absorb all of the beautiful words that you had just repeated to yourself.
Hold those words dear to your heart and let go as you breathe out all the fears,
Anxieties and worries.
In this moment everything is okay.
Everything is out as it should be.
You are strong mama.
You are powerful.
Your body is wise and capable.
You can do this.
You got this.
