Take some time to breathe gratitude and life into the average perfect work you envision for yourself. This meditation will support you in creatively turning your imagination into a vision board imbued with the associated positive feelings. It’s been suggested many times by many people that we need to be able to imagine something well before it can become manifest. Here is your opportunity to practice doing that. Your average perfect work is your ideal work that is easily and healthily maintainable. Music by Charlie Ryan.

Welcome.

The next few minutes are an opportunity for you to connect with gratitude to an element of your life,

And then extend your imagination into what is possible within your life to come.

The more you practice playfully dreaming up what is possible and connecting to the positive feeling states evoked,

The more you may feel resourced and inspired in the moment,

Increasingly able to locate life experiences that support those feelings.

Begin by adjusting your physical position to enhance your sense of comfort.

Now,

Bring to mind something about yourself,

Your life,

Or others in your life that you are grateful for.

Imagine this with any senses available to you.

Bring it alive inside.

Feel it.

Is there something specific about this experience that evokes gratitude?

Do your best to expand the feeling of gratitude in your body and mind.

And,

In a flash,

Imagine that gratitude pouring out instantaneously into the rest of your life.

With the support of this gratitude,

Turn your attention to the average perfect work you have envisioned for yourself.

Dream freely,

Creatively,

And playfully.

Try not to take it too seriously.

This is your imagination,

And you get to be an artist.

Vividly imagine your creative explorations and work in this world.

Take in the scents,

The textures,

The sights,

And sounds.

Of where it's all happening.

Slowly and richly,

Dream yourself through the flow and details of your workday.

Who's there creating with you?

Who are your clients?

Vividly imagine the best creative results of your effortless efforts.

The products.

The services.

The financial rewards.

What is it like to create and be in service to others?

Imagine them benefiting from your creativity and work.

Vividly imagine how you continue to learn and grow in your field.

What inspires you creatively?

How do you meet challenges and failures?

How do you rest and regenerate in order to stay balanced,

Healthy,

And creative?

How does vibrantly imagining your average perfect work feel in your body right now?

Imagine how you living your average perfect work would be of service to your loved ones,

Community,

And this world.

Notice how that feels alive in your body.

Bookmark these evoked positive feelings.

Get familiar with them.

They may be what you're seeking,

Even more than the actual content of your imaginings.

Soak in it.

And rest.

Thank you for flirting with stretching the edges of your creative mind.

May this spark bless your day.
