I LOVE your meditations. They are so very helpful. Maybe just a better visualization of where the cords are attached. I’m having trouble visualizing the cords at my feet when I’m sitting cross legged. Just a cord at the root then maybe? And how deep into the Earth etc. Just an idea. You pack ALOT into a short amount of time so… I love everything you’ve taught me. It’s CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER. THANK YOU!!
