
Embody Your Higher Self
This guided meditation and breath practice invites you to slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with your Higher Self as a felt, lived experience. You will be guided out of the thinking mind and into the body and heart, where clarity, safety, and inner knowing already live. This practice is especially supportive when you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or ready to release old patterns and remember who you truly are. There are journal prompts below to deepen your experience: What did my Higher Self feel like in my body? What qualities did I notice in her presence? What did she show me about what’s possible for me? The meditation is set to 432 Hz music, a frequency often associated with relaxation, harmony, and deep nervous system support. NOTE: The language of the meditation uses feminine (she/her) pronouns to reference the Higher Self. You are invited to receive this in whatever way feels most resonant for you.
