Go ahead and find a comfortable position seated on a chair with your feet on the ground or sitting on a cushion with your legs crossed.
If you like you can also lay down and just take a moment to find a comfortable position.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Just relax your entire body.
The head,
Shoulders,
Your stomach,
Arms,
And legs.
Now I invite you to bring awareness to your feet,
Your ankles,
The calves and lower legs,
Your knees,
The thighs,
Your pelvis.
The glutes,
Your lower back,
Your lower back,
Your lower back,
Your middle back,
The upper back,
Your lower abdomen,
The stomach,
Chest,
Shoulders,
The upper arms,
The elbows,
The forearms,
The arms,
Wrists,
Hands,
Your neck,
Your forehead,
The eyes and behind the eyes.
The nose and behind the nose.
The mouth,
Your ears,
Your jaw and chin.
And now bring awareness to the right side of your body.
The left side,
The front side,
And the back side.
Now be aware of the entire body as a whole.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale.
Another deep breath in and exhale.
Your guided meditation is now complete.
