Welcome,

My name is Tiffany and I will be guiding you through a coaching meditation on fear.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position.

This can be seated on a chair with your feet on the ground,

Sitting on a cushion with your legs crossed,

Or if you're more comfortable laying down you may do so.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale and another deep breath in and exhale.

Now I invite you to bring awareness to your heart.

Together we'll be taking three heart breaths,

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

Pausing and then breathing through the front of the heart.

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

Pausing and breathing out the front of the heart.

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

Pausing and breathing out the front of the heart.

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

Pausing and breathing out the front of the heart.

And continue to take a few more heart breaths on your own.

I will now ask a few questions and just allow your intuition and feelings to arise without thinking too much about the answers.

Just allow yourself to feel into it without any judgment.

What are you afraid of?

What would be the worst that could happen?

Would you be able to bounce back if something did go wrong?

What was the most high definition of life to you?

What is the best that could happen if you took a risk or faced a fear?

What is one small step you can take today to face your fear or take a risk?

What is one small step you can take today to face your fear or take a risk?

Go ahead and take a deep breath in and exhale.

Another deep breath in and exhale.

And I'd like to close by setting an intention for the day so go ahead and take a moment now to do that.

Your guided meditation is now complete.

You may open your eyes whenever you are ready.
