Welcome.

Welcome to your yoga nidra and sound healing for the feminine frequency.

My name is Kate Murphy and I look forward to sharing the space with you today.

To begin,

Find a comfortable area to lay down,

Maybe in your bed or on the couch or even on the floor.

Somewhere you can rest and be still for the next moments.

Adjust yourself in any way that needs to be in order to come to stillness and use any props that you need to help keep you comfortable throughout.

Take a deep breath in the nose and exhale it out the mouth and let the body sink,

Releasing.

Today's yoga nidra will take us on a journey to being with the feminine frequency.

Tapping us into our subtle body,

We will journey with the nourishment that is the feminine.

This nidra can be done by anyone,

Male or female.

It is simply about the energetics of the feminine frequency.

There is nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Here you will simply feel your body and listen.

Do not worry if you doze or fall asleep at any point.

There is the work happening in subconscious hearing as well.

The deepest part of you is always listening and so there is no way to do this wrong.

Simply relax and breathe.

Let the feet be hips distance apart at least and your palms can face up towards the sky and you can let the heart and shoulders softly open.

You can move around a little until you feel naturally motionless and feel the slight curve in your neck and let the chin be just a little bit higher than the forehead.

Knowing you are safe here and held in this space as you come to stillness and prepare your body for deep rest and deep,

Deep nourishment.

Feel your natural breath flowing in and out of the nose.

Allow your bones to become heavy and sink towards the earth.

Go now deep inside.

Deep inside you will find your sankalpa or your heart's most deep desire.

What does your heart desire?

Create your own intention now.

An affirmation based on your heart's longing and in your mind state it three times as though it is happening now.

Through yoga nidra we are given the opportunity to cultivate effortlessness.

So as we count down from 11 down back to zero each and every number will become softer and more gentle.

Starting with 11 feeling very soft as everything settles.

Moving to 10 becoming a little more slowly inside to 9 slowly to 8 gently 7 and softly to 6 5 gracefully 4 effortlessly to 3 gently to 2 down to 1 arriving at zero.

In your awareness we bring our attention to the space between the eyebrows and slightly above the third eye center and place there a point of light that is so soft and gentle.

Watch it travel over to the right ear and create a triangle as it comes down to the mouth and over to the left ear and creates a diamond as it comes back to the third eye point above the eyebrows and in between them.

So soft and so calm.

Feel the light travel down to your throat.

Allow it to rest there for a moment and then softly over to the right shoulder.

The right shoulder feels the soft point of light and it moves to the right elbow point of light.

So soft and so gentle to the right wrist point of light.

The center of the palm of the right hand point of light.

The right thumb,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger,

The whole hand point of light.

So soft and so calm.

Feeling the whole hand and the light coming back to the wrist and the elbow and back up to the right shoulder to the throat and allowing that point of light to travel to the left shoulder where it softly connects gently and effortlessly and moves down to the center of the left elbow,

Quiet and calm,

To the left wrist and the center of the palm of the left hand.

Coming to your left thumb,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger.

Feeling the whole hand glowing in this light and then the point of light returning to the left wrist,

The left elbow and the left shoulder making its way to the throat point of light.

So soft.

Down to the heart center point of light,

Quieting and calming.

Down to the belly point of light and to the womb space,

The area of the second chakra point of light.

So soft and so settling and watching that light travel to the center of the right hip and the light calmly grounding down in the left hip,

In the right knee,

In the center of the arch of the right foot.

Feeling the whole right foot soft with light.

Coming back to the right ankle,

The right knee,

The right hip and back to the center of the pelvic bowl before moving over to the left hip,

Central point of light.

So soft and calming.

Down to the left knee,

The left ankle and the center of the arch of the left foot.

Feeling the whole left foot with the light,

Point of light traveling back to the left ankle,

Left knee,

Left hip and back to the pelvic bowl,

Point of light,

Soft and calm.

Back to the heart center point of light.

So soft.

Let yourself drift in this graceful and peaceful place,

Riding the breath as it flows in and as it flows out.

Begin to envision a soft rose colored light surrounding the body.

Allow it to begin growing outwards from the physical body as it begins to fill up the room where you are now.

Watch the rose light grow further and further and further as it spans towards filling up the entire building in which you are,

The entire town,

The entire country.

Watching the rose light expand to surround the entire world and radiate off of the globe towards the outer edges of our solar system.

Feeling that soft rose light emanating from you,

Growing,

Growing,

Expanding,

Connecting you with the feminine frequency that is here to hold you,

Nourish you and guide you.

Feel it softly hold you as you breathe in and as you breathe out,

Allowing this light to softly surrender as it so effortlessly and so gracefully moves back into your body and in into your heart center.

Allow it to rest here,

Glowing and pulsating with every breath.

Taking that rose colored light and place it in between the eyebrows and slightly above back at your third eye center and watch it glow softly.

Remember your heart's longing statement,

Your sankalpa and repeat it now three times as it is the present truth.

You are now returning back into your body and for these next few moments,

You will have some sound healing sounds of the crystal bowls and you can stay as long as you wish after they are completed.

You can end your practice whenever it feels right for you.

Continue to rest now as we begin to move into crystalline frequency.

Bits and years.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you when you're ready you can softly bring your awareness back into the physical body moving the fingers and the toes and rocking the head side to side,

Waking up the back of the neck taking your time to come back into your physical body and the physical space no rush,
