Today I'm going to share with you another channel teaching that came through me when I opened the Akashic Records to receive the energy,
Lessons and tips for 2022 in January.
Here,
The main theme is about coming home to yourself.
May you enjoy this beautiful transmission.
Do not rush ahead right now.
Take this time to reflect on what has happened.
Take this time to retreat,
To come home to your inner space,
And to realign with what matters to you.
The energy moving forward is going to be quick.
Things are going to be happening faster than ever before.
But that does not mean that you have to rush ahead.
It does not mean that you rush ahead.
It does not mean that you run ahead.
It does not mean that you get swept up by the pace of things happening around you.
You can always find your own pace.
You can always find your own path.
Stay true to yourself.
The old structures,
Your old beliefs,
Values that you do not align with anymore,
They no longer hold.
And so you need to release them.
If you continue holding these old structures into this new frequency,
You will feel a lot of resistance.
We have told you this last month.
We have told you this,
And we have been giving you hints.
You might have been feeling it.
This is a confirmation that the longer that you hold on to the things that no longer align with you,
You will feel a lot of resistance moving forward in your daily life.
But instead of questioning why things happen to you,
Instead of questioning why you feel a certain way,
Come home.
Come back to your inner sanctuary because this is where you find your answers.
Your answers lie within yourself.
It lies in the portal of your heart.
Instead of looking for it outside of yourself,
Come in,
Come home to yourself.
Look within.
And always ask yourself,
What do I need?
How do I feel?
How can I support myself?
Be very honest as you are answering these questions.
Because the more honest you are with yourself,
The more you build your trust with yourself,
With your soul,
With your higher self.
The more this relationship,
This bond gets stronger,
The more your intuitive messages gets louder.
Louder than your ego,
Louder than your mind.
The more you trust,
The more you take action on these messages and that is exactly how you move forward,
How you grow and how you step into the path that is of highest enlightenment for your soul.
Even though there is no right or wrong path,
The path of highest enlightenment is where you are able to fully experience your potential,
Your gifts that you came into to share with the world.
And you know,
You know this,
You can feel it.
Tune down the volume of your ego.
Dive deep into your heart and listen to the echoes.
The softest echoes within your heart.
It is exactly that,
That you shall follow.
The first enlightenment tip for January is to create space for yourself.
When you create space for yourself,
You allow yourself time to reconnect with your soul,
To reconnect with your higher self.
It is not going to be easy,
Especially since you have been conditioned to go and go and go.
In the beginning,
There will be a lot of chatter that's happening in your mind.
Things are going to pop up like,
I need to buy this today,
I need to do this tomorrow,
Oh I forgot to do something yesterday.
All these things will start coming up and it will grow louder and louder and louder.
It is completely normal.
In order to get past this stage,
You need to sit with the thoughts that are coming up,
But you shall not feed those thoughts.
Gently sweep them away and tell yourself that you will have the time to complete whatever that's on your mind.
You will not forget.
If you forget,
Then it's probably not important anyway.
Assure yourself and sweep them away.
Do not feed those thoughts and focus on your breathing.
That is where you find enlightenment.
That is where you find yourself.
And as you practice,
You will start hearing the echoes within your heart.
That is what you want to pay attention to.
And as you practice,
It is going to grow louder and louder and louder.
You will trust it more and more and more.
So practice every single day.
There is no excuse.
If you have time to scroll on your phone for five minutes,
You have time to sit with yourself.
Do nothing.
Close your eyes and just breathe.
The second enlightenment tip is to slow down.
The beginning of the year feels like a rush always.
Rushing to create goals for yourself,
Rushing to get back to work,
Rushing to do this,
To do that.
But instead of rushing,
Can you take a moment to slow down?
Slowing down doesn't mean that you do not do anything.
Slow down and come back to your heart.
Take action with intention.
In every single thing that you do,
Do it with intention,
With purpose.
Do not do it blindly just because everyone else is doing the same.
Do it with intention.
The third enlightenment tip is to let your heart lead you instead of your mind.
Your heart is where the answers lie.
Your heart is where you find the answers that your soul is longing to receive.
Instead of thinking logically,
Can you just allow yourself to follow your heart?
Can you just allow yourself to listen to what it has to say?
Even if you do not take action on it,
Listen.
Listen and write them down.
When you come back to it,
You will realize that it has been there all along.
It has been guiding you all along only if you choose to receive it.
It is going to be a year of deep heart healing.
Yes,
More healing is coming your way.
It is going to be a year where you dive deeper into yourself.
You reignite the bond that you had with your highest self,
You had with your soul.
You have always had this bond.
You have just forgotten.
And this is the year to dive deeper and come home to yourself.
