We'll begin this meditation with the breath.

So just become mindful of your breath.

Almost take the seat of a witness with your breath.

Where do you notice the breath in your body?

Where does your body begin to fill up and expand with each inhale?

And where does your body release with each exhale?

Take one more breath on your own,

Breathing in,

Filling up,

Witnessing the body,

Witnessing the cell.

Opening up the mouth,

Exhale,

Clearing some space,

Let the breath go.

Seal the lips now,

Inhale for a count of six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale through the nose,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Take that breath on your own,

Inhaling for six.

Exhale letting the breath go,

Counting out for six.

Repeating this cycle on your own.

This breath is called Samavaritti breathing or same wave breath.

Having to self-regulate at the beginning of our meditation practice really sets us up for success as we move forward,

As we look inward.

Take three more rounds on your own.

Feeling the breath as the body fills,

Being with the release as the breath goes out.

One more round here on your own.

At the bottom of your exhale,

Come back to your natural breath.

Exhale,

Sit here with your breath for just a moment more.

And then make up aware of the physical body.

We go from breath to body.

Notice if you can stack the crown of your head,

The very top of your head,

Directly over your tailbone.

See if you can align your shoulders directly over the hips.

And then imagine just releasing all of the tension,

Let it go.

Bring your awareness now inward and upward to the space right between your eyebrows.

Now shift your awareness just a half an inch above your eyebrow space and draw an energetic golden line straight back to the center of your skull.

Your third eye center.

Hold your attention here.

Your third eye refers to the command center within you.

The space where you can see beyond 3D physical reality.

Where possibility exists.

Keeping your attention on your third eye.

Imagine now drawing an energetic golden cord straight up from your third eye out of the crown of your head into the sky,

The ethers,

The heavens,

And just hold your attention there.

Whatever is above you,

Imagine going up and up and up,

Tethering to the divine.

And now imagine drawing this port of energy,

This golden cord back down to your third eye center.

Hold your attention here once more.

And then draw this golden cord all the way down through the spine,

Past your tailbone,

Into the core of the earth.

Imagine going down,

Down,

Down,

Connecting to Mother Earth,

Tethering to her supportive energy.

And then draw your awareness straight back up the golden cord right to your third eye.

Go there and then land there.

Feel into the space within you.

Feel into your command center.

Your highest mind.

Your highest sense of self.

Take a few deep breaths here.

Feel yourself expand and then release.

Expand and release.

Notice what you feel.

Our body is always in the present moment.

We get to be here in our bodies in the here and the now.

We get to see what is actually happening for us and we also get to see beyond that.

Into the potential of what is.

Our third eye is here to support us in raising our soul perspective.

Beyond what we can see and form.

Beyond the patterns that have been created.

Into this sense of reading between the lines.

Acknowledging what is happening but also what is possible.

With your attention on your third eye,

Just begin to notice one area of your life that you tend to get caught up in.

Maybe you have a hard time seeing clearly or understanding.

Maybe a space where you tend to doubt yourself or doubt the world.

And just see and get curious about how you might be able to see this from a more aligned soul perspective.

From a new view.

If you feel stuck,

Physically release any tension in the third eye space and then ask Mother Earth,

Divine Source and guidance to support you in this new perspective.

This new way of seeing.

Your soul's lens.

Just simply notice what you see.

Is there potential hidden in the reality?

Is there a possibility beyond what you've seen in this physical form?

What does your inner knowing have to say?

When we work with the third eye,

This is the subtle work.

The element associated with space and light and potential.

So what is the potential that your own two eyes haven't seen yet?

Now begin to take a step back from your situation for just a moment.

And notice and reflect on how you've been choosing to see the world.

What is the lens that you've had on?

And then discern if this is how you'd like to continue viewing the world.

Are there any perspectives that you choose to release?

Are there any new perspectives that you choose to call in?

What is the feeling or vibration that you choose to lead with in your life?

Imagine tethering yourself to this new feeling or vibration as if it's your new inner compass.

Your new guiding force.

And now repeat these words internally to yourself.

I listen to my inner voice and I let it guide me in every way.

I have nothing to prove in life.

I am learning with every experience.

I am here to do what brings me joy and happiness.

Happiness is my birthright.

I see all things with clarity.

I am open to the wisdom within.

I can manifest my vision.

Take three deep breaths here.

When you're ready,

Slowly opening the eyes and just coming back to the seat within yourself.
