I’ve been following Stacey’s meditations for a couple of years now and absolutely love them. Her message is always uplifting, her voice soothing, and her cadence and pace are perfect. These meditations are wonderful to begin the day with, or to take a pause in the middle of the day to recenter and ground yourself.

This was just what I needed as I'm beginning my journey to try to heal my autoimmune system with meditation and journaling. I would love to see a longer one with the same theme that I could listen to before bed. Thank you so much.
