Hello and thank you for joining me today.

I invite you to find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep,

Calming breaths.

Allow yourself to let go of any worries and be fully present in this moment.

As you inhale and exhale,

Bring your awareness to the feeling of gratitude.

Imagine it as a warm and glowing light that surrounds you,

Filling your heart with love.

I'm going to take you through a series of affirmations.

You can repeat them out loud or silently to yourself,

Allowing each meaning to resonate within you.

Visualize the words as they take shape in your mind.

I am grateful for the gift of life itself.

My heart overflows with appreciation for the people who support and love me.

I am thankful for the opportunities that come my way.

Gratitude fills me with a sense of contentment and peace.

I cherish every moment,

Both big and small,

That brings joy to my life.

I am thankful for the lessons I've learned from challenges and hardships.

Abundance flows into my life and I am grateful for all that I have.

I express gratitude for the beauty of nature that surrounds me.

My heart is open to receiving the blessings that come my way.

Gratitude is my guiding light,

Illuminating my path.

I am thankful for my body's health and vitality.

I appreciate the love and kindness I receive from others.

I am grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow each day.

My heart is a wellspring of gratitude that nourishes my soul.

I am thankful for the simple pleasures that bring happiness to my life.

Gratitude is a magnet for positive energy and experiences.

I express thanks for the present moment and all that it holds.

I am grateful for the wisdom gained from my life's journey.

Each day is a new opportunity to appreciate the abundance in my life.

I am thankful for the connections and relationships that enrich my life.

Gratitude empowers me to radiate love and positivity to others.

I embrace gratitude as a cornerstone of my well-being.

I am grateful for the love I give and receive in all its forms.

I appreciate the beauty that exists within and around me.

Gratitude uplifts my spirit and elevates my consciousness.
