On today's meditation journey,
I'm going to take you through a guided meditation to help
bring healing to your immune system.
As someone who lives with an autoimmune disease,
I know how crucial it is to take time for
yourself every day.
When we focus on bringing calm and centered energy into our lives daily through meditation
practice,
It helps to rejuvenate our mind,
Body,
And spirit.
I'm going to invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whether that be sitting up or lying
down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Allow the air to fill your lungs and nourish your body.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or worry you may be holding onto.
Visualize a warm,
Soothing,
White light surrounding you,
Wrapping you in a cocoon of healing energy.
Feel this light penetrating every cell of your body,
Bringing balance and harmony to
your immune system.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine your immune system as a gentle guardian watching
over you with care and compassion.
Visualize it finding a serene balance,
Knowing intuitively when to protect and when to allow
for healing.
Now focus your attention on the affected areas of your body.
Send love and gratitude to these areas,
Acknowledging the strength and resilience they possess.
Consider them being bathed in the healing white light,
Gently releasing any inflammation
or dysfunction.
With each breath,
Affirm to yourself that you are deserving of health and vitality.
Repeat these positive affirmations to yourself or out loud.
I am whole and I am healthy.
My body knows how to heal itself.
I trust in the wisdom of my body.
Sit with these affirmations for a few moments longer and see how they make you feel.
Continue to breathe deeply and bask in the warmth of the healing light surrounding you.
Know that meditation is a powerful tool in your journey towards healing and that you
have the ability to overcome any challenges that come your way.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes and carry the sense of peace and healing with
you throughout your day.
Remember to return to this meditation whenever you need a moment of calm and rejuvenation.
