
Seated Chest Opening Movement for Deeper Breathing (Qigong)

This gentle seated movement helps open the chest and create space for deeper, more natural breathing. As the arms slowly move outward and return, you may notice a soft expansion across the chest and a subtle release of tension. There is no need to control the breath. Simply allow it to respond naturally. Rather than forcing change, this practice supports the body in opening and settling on its own. You may experience a sense of ease, a deeper breath, or simply a quiet shift in awareness. Suitable for all levels. Can be done comfortably on a chair. Please note: This session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Do not practice while driving or operating machinery.
