This is a meditation to release issues,
Problems,
Conflicts and to help you come back to peace.
So take a deep,
Deep,
Deep breath in and as you're exhaling just allow yourself to come back into here and now,
To come back into this present moment the way it is.
And another deep breath in and as you're exhaling drop into this present moment even more.
And a deep inhale in and with an exhale allow yourself to melt,
Relax,
Sink into your body.
Now just allow yourself to feel your breath flowing through your body,
Bringing lightness,
Bringing ease and as you exhale bringing you out in the atmosphere together with it and allow yourself to just dissipate,
Just dissipate together with the air.
And now what is holding your attention the most right now?
What is that most important problem or issue at the moment that you would like to solve?
Perhaps it's conflicts that you're experiencing,
Perhaps it's emotions that you're feeling or pain.
So just allow yourself to bring your focus onto it and can you welcome and allow the feelings that stirs up?
Can you let all the feelings in?
Just allowing yourself to open your body to experience all of it together with all the stories,
All the memories,
All the physical sensations and can you just let it all be there?
Allow yourself to say yes internally,
Yes to all of these emotions and every single time as you say yes your heart opens up to welcome them,
Welcome them even more and there's no need to be afraid of these emotions because they're already there,
They are already inside of you so you can't run away from them.
Just let yourself relax into it deeper,
See them as the somatic experience,
Just allow yourself to feel it in your body as if it would just be a simple physical,
Physical experience,
Physical sensation and can you now notice and see any wanting that is related with it,
Any wanting for it to be different,
Desire to get rid of this problem or to speed up the resolution of this issue and can you also welcome and allow all of it and can you notice this aversion to this issue?
Can you allow the aversion to it to be there as well?
Your desire to be free of it,
Done with it,
Can you welcome that too?
Allow yourself to open,
Open up to it,
To all of these desires and find a place for them too.
Now can you welcome any desire to hold onto it?
Can you see that a part of you wants to hold this issue so closely you even defend why you feel this way and you want to protect the position,
You want to explain and justify.
Can you allow this desire to hold onto it to be there too?
Can you see how these two parts of you are always interacting?
One wants to get rid of the issue and the other one is ready to defend it,
Protect it,
Hold onto it.
Can you see how these two energies are pulling,
Pulling in different directions and welcome all of it and just see how the story,
The story somehow contributes to a sense of you,
Of who you are.
I am this problem and can you open up yourself to the possibility that this is not the totality of who you are.
Can you open up to the possibility of knowing who you are and who you are beyond this and seeing that who you are is that which is aware of this issue but is not the issue.
You are just the one who is watching all of it,
All of it flowing through you and you only have a choice to either surrender to all that is happening through you,
To relax into it,
See it,
Smile to it and welcome more divine energy or to close off,
To resist,
To oppose it and even that,
Even these decisions are just being made and you are simply watching them.
So for a moment just let go,
Let go of all the concepts of going into the past,
Going into the future,
Trying to analyze the situation and just allow yourself to rest as this,
As this awareness,
As this feeling that exists beyond any sensations,
Any emotions,
Any thoughts.
Allow yourself to connect with this deep inner peace that is beyond everything and see how all the issues can rise and fall,
Appear and disappear and you are just staying in this inner peace,
In this place beyond anything and everything.
Connect with this space even deeper,
See what happens when you are not holding on to the past anymore,
When you are not looking into the future,
See what happens when you remember that the only,
The only truth is this moment right here and right now and nothing else.
See this moment and this unshakable,
Unshakable place and feeling of inner peace behind anything else and from this state I want you to look again the issue or the problem that you named in the beginning and imagine how would you love to feel in this situation,
What would be this most magical sensation,
What would make you fully satisfied,
This lightness,
This knowing that everything will be absolutely okay and all this problem was an illusion all along.
Allow yourself to tune into that sensation of lightness and see,
See how it is happening right now,
Already in this moment you are already feeling different about this situation,
This issue.
Simply allow yourself to breathe in that lightness into your body,
This lightness,
This peace into every single cell of your body and let it expand as you inhale,
Focus all of your attention on this beautiful light feeling and as you are exhaling just feed your cells with this energy,
With this with this prana and again as you inhale focus on this feeling and as you exhale send it all over your body,
Feed every single cell in your body with this sensation.
Say this is how I want to feel,
This is how I want to feel when I face this problem next time,
When this issue arises again,
When only this or higher inform your cells,
Inform your body how do you really want to feel,
Let it run through you and see this energy expanding even beyond you into your energy field,
From the cells and even further into the environment so that you inform environment into the universe and so it is.
Now when you're ready,
While staying in this sensation,
Start gently feeling your body and feeling your environment and finally open your eyes.
