Meditation Timer OnlineHannah is a children’s yoga teacher, primary school teacher, and founder of The School Yoga Project. Her journey with yoga began as a personal healing path and grew into a mission to support children’s emotional wellbeing. Hannah holds a BA in Primary Teaching and has been teaching since 2010 in the UK and abroad. Hannah is trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga, children’s yoga, mindfulness and positive psychology. Through her work in schools, Hannah blends breath-work, gentle movement, relaxation, and emotional literacy to help children feel calm, confident, and connected. As a mum and educator, she passionate about giving young people practical tools to manage big feelings, build resilience, and rest deeply. Here on Insight Timer, Hannah offer's nurturing guided meditations and relaxations designed especially for children - supporting sleep, easing worries, and helping them return to a sense of safety and inner calm.
